DO NOT TRUST THIS PART-TIME REALTOR!! . If he’s involved in your house purchase just don’t accept that deal!! (Don’t even think about selling with him ) We got lied to by him all the way from the onset citing approved mortgage, only for us to find out that the buyer was still getting their mortgage after the conditions were lifted. He lied and said everything was on track up to the day of completion and on the day, the lawyer advised at 1030 AM that they were unable to complete as they didn’t have the documents !! Caused us a lot of anxiety and issues with the property we were buying. SAVE YOURSELF AND WALK AWAY if he’s involved.

*** Oh wow, Prince, still lying out of your teeth!! Grow up and take the responsibility. Preet Sidhu is an excellent realtor who doesn't know what lying means and here you are, still not accepting the fact that you lied from the beginning. You don't know the first thing about ethics in this business, people like you give all of us a bad name and reputation. I can refute with proof every single point that you raised in your pathetic attempt to somewhat redeem yourself, but some of us have better things to do then deal with liars and unprofessional idiots. You have learnt about me from my people ? Stop speaking nonsense and uneducated articulation that is more than evident in your post. Now stay "Peaced out" and hopefully reflect on your morals and become a better person.

Like I said, show some professionalism, have some self reflection on your unethical ways and try and become a better realtor!!! not expecting a lot but even the smallest effort will be an improvement! Protecting your clients is very good but lying on their behalf to screw someone else is not what they teach you in the Realtor training.
