I rented a single-family home from Prince Property for 2 years, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Sandi and the team went above and beyond, not only showing me the home but also patiently answering all my questions. When I moved in, the home was impeccably clean, a testament to their attention to detail. As a condo owner at this particular building for over 9 years now I have seen several management companies come and go for various reasons during that time. Fairly recently we hired Prince Property to look after our building. Sandi, Stuart and all the staff inherited quite the financial mess. They didn't seem deterred. They have worked hard for us in my opinion and kept us on the board in the loop regularly. The customer service has been stellar as well. We are not out of the woods yet but thanks to Prince Property's hard work and perseverance I believe we'll get there. I recommend this company to anyone!

This property managing company will look out for its best interest if you're building is hurting, the reserve fund is depleted. Hey what special assess you and once the money is in the account they use it to pay all their contractors for work that is not necessary. If you want the rudest customer service look no further you found a winner. I was the president on my board and because I questioned Sandi intentions with our building she decided to remove me she is now once again depleting our funds. The building will end up bankrupted, the city will take over like it did ours good luck on your hunt for a property managing company. If you don't care about your investment pick these guys cheers.

It nice to see that I am not the only one that is being bullied by Prince Property. Your core values and ethics need to be up dated. Remember as a home owner we pay you to keep our complex clean, safe and maintained .
Having a business in our complex that brings more crime and traffic into our homes needs be dealt with properly and professionally. Not being told by Matthew Walker Condo Manager ( I understand this is frustrating, but there isn’t really anything we can do about that trucks.) What he is talking about is 18 wheeler highway trucks. Even though we have signs posted no trucks over 1 ton allowed coming into our small complex. Wonder who you are working for!!!!!

This might not be a problem to you, but this is a great concern to the home owners living beside this organization . If you going to post signs on the complex property, you must enforce the bylaw to everyone at Broadmoor Lake Condominiums in Sherwood Park.

We had a robbery incident at Summerlea so we contacted them for footage to help the organization. First they said they have cameras especially in the parking lot and will send us video through email. We waited but nothing arrived. We called them again but they said no footage of the incident or when the car come in and go out which is impossible as the car drove end to end of the parking lot. The girl who talked to us was so rude and passed us to another girl who said there are no cameras in the parking lot which is the opposite of what the other girl said. They are not helpful at all and full of lies. No security around their apartments as several car robberies happened yet they do not do anything to secure the place or at least make their tenants sleep well at night. They dont even wanna answer if cameras they claim are working nor where they are at. They dont even deserve 1 star this should be negative!
