Having recently moved to this apartment complex, I have been extremely satisfied with the friendly Staff, the social activities that involve the tenants regularly and the cleanliness & regular upkeep of the public areas in the building. The landscaping maintenance is top notch with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. One of the best apartment properties in Welland, close to shopping malls and restaurants.

I moved in five months ago, and so far the experience has been great! The building managers are friendly, and they keep the place clean and maintained. The activities are great if you participate: Eurchre and Bingo nights every week, a yearly barbecue and a Christmas dinner. The tenants are overall very friendly, and some will sit in the foyer and chat with you from time to time. Overall, the best apartment I've lived at.

We've lived here since last fall and love it! I feel safe here. The tenants are lovely and the staff are great. It's always clean and bright, very well taken care of. Also love that they have special events throughout the year and the lobbies are decorated so nicely for different holidays. The grounds are also very nicely kept.

For 10yearsnever miss a payment some times. Pay early if they had phone. My landlord they would have known this

I inquired about renting and I was supposed to get a tour of the facility, had agreed upon a date and time - woman I had been talking to about the tour never showed ! I emailed her and never heard a response back. Communication at the beginning was prompt and friendly, however they never followed through on their part.

I moved in her Aug. 1, 2022. It is a very clean, well-maintained older building. Is built well with concrete but as a result cell phone reception is poor. It is quiet building probably because of these concrete floors and most tenants being elderly.
The staff are attentive and friendly. Rent is very high (I pay $1925.00 a month) but it is everywhere now.
A good size locker is free and parking is only $25 a month.
My suite was renovated so it has lots of closet space and is bright however the bathroom is very tiny.
The valve to control my heat was broken since I moved in so I was told it couldn't be adjusted. I was told in the beginning that it was ordered. They are now telling me it is unavailable but there is going to a new heating system put in. When? Their solution is to open windows which I do but not a good one if pipes burst!
The light for the kitchen is in the living room which is very inconvenient. There is also no light in the dining room.
The painting was poorly done-many spots on my floor that I can't remove.
The window sill in the master bedroom has a big crack in it that I reported so hopefully I won't get blamed for if I move out.
The laundry machines don't always work but you can call for a refund. This could also be a result of misuse by some.
I also like that you can have a garden plot free of charge if you request it. The areas around them could be better maintained and the boxes separating them are falling apart and need repair.
The parties they have for the tenants is a nice touch.

I have lived at Princess Manor for a year now. My apartment is warm and cozy. The staff are friendly, always there to help you and they greet you whenever they see you. They are a great bunch to work with, always looking after our needs. All we have to do is give them a call day or night, there has been a lot of upgrades to the building the hallways, the lobby even the laundry facility has been freshened up. We have bingo night, and the staff put on a barbeque in the summer, and we have a Christmas dinner in the winter! All are great fun to get us together for social events! My hats off to the Princess Manor and Prince Court staff and managers, they go out of their way to make this feel like home! 😊

They did a wonderful job with our xmas party this year.food was great as well as everyone who worked so hard to put this off.always look forward to all they put together for the tenants.love living here.thanks once again
