C'est un endroit qui devrait être détruit. Les instinctives sont passé date. L'ascenseur est dangereux. Aucune normes du bâtiments n'est respecter. C'est sale, ça pu les vidanges pis les gens mettent le feux partout. Cigarette partout. C'est honteux que ça existe. C'est un danger publique

This post is both a review and appreciation to the apartment and staff.

I've been in Thompson for less than a year. Prior moving, I've contacted Margaret (leasing agent) to inquire about the unit and she attended to me in a clear and timely manner so I can settle accordingly. The apartment's general manager, Hilda, is exceptional. She does not only fulfills her work role but she cares for you and make sure that your apartment needs/ requests are met.

I am pretty sure that with the ongoing improvements such as CCTVs, security personnel and building renovations that we are living comfortably. Btw, you will get to enjoy the Aurora and this view. 🙂

I recently visited a friend at Princeton Towers and stayed with them for almost a week. Their suite was recently renovated and the workmanship was top drawer. My friend told me the turnaround from the previous owners was remarkable - the building has been overhauled and cleaned up, the elevators are now working and have been serviced and maintained and management listens and responds promptly to requests. The exterior is being painted and renovations are ongoing. I must say if I moved to Thompson I'd want a suite here.

I recently visited Thompson, staying about a month while on business. I stayed at the Princeton Towers and was extremely impressed. The suite was recently renovated, and a beautiful job at that. The overall feeling of the building including the interactions I had with the tenants was overall a great experience, I would highly recommend this property as a log term living accommodation in Thompson.

I live in this building, the view is breathtaking—all four seasons. Always something spectacular to see. Great neighbors! New owners, renewed look with all the great renovations.

Relics

Don't live here till it's confirmed to be better. Whoever is managing this place does a terrible job. They keep problematic tenants and never kick them out dispite their commotion. It's always messy for the entire year I lived here it was dirty. Only one of the two elevators work and it's always breaking at least once a week. The hot water was broken for 5 months so I couldn't use the dishwasher or the shower. Overall I regret ever moving in it was a waste of my rent money.
