In an industry where the bar is so low, it is relieving and certainly reassuring to have Milos and Samantha overseeing your property. Unfortunately, condos are too often plagued with oblivious Boards and clueless, incompetent management staff, these guys are the second exception that I've seen in my lifetime. Managing a property, especially in a condo environment, comes with unique challenges. Meeting everyone’s needs in such a busy, diverse setting is no small task, but I believe the team at 501 St. Clair is committed to adapting their approach to address the specific needs of each tenant. In a densely populated city, it’s essential to acknowledge the challenges we all face, and it’s encouraging to see Principle Property Management working to address these issues thoughtfully and with a tailored approach.

I'm particularly impressed with their focus on improving communication—whether by phone or email—and their commitment to responding promptly and personally to individual concerns. Special thanks to Milos and Kim for their dedication to resolving several outstanding issues in our community at 501 St. Clair. In a nutshell; one of Toronto's best property management companies! The way they run the 500 located at 500 Sherburne Street in Toronto is simply incredible! The team under the leadership of Milos is an example in my opinion to many other property management companies. They will keep your building clean, organized, safe, and you will be always informed of any possible changes. The schedules are published regularly of all the maintenance which makes the tenants live easy. The staff are courteous, professional and available around the clock. His swift actions allowed us to continue and move forward without any delays. Principle Property Management is hands down by far the best property management company I have dealt with. They took over our building around 4 years ago from a company that completely mismanaged it. They turned it all around, got us an amazing Superintendent, they worked through the massive back log of issues and maintenance problems. It is a delight to live at 500 Sherbourne. Our management team, PPM, runs a tight ship -- the building is clean and any outstanding issues are addressed immediately with great care and consideration. We are lucky to have budget that is closely monitored; there is no wasteful or reckless spending. This has resulted in relatively low common element fees in comparison to other buildings. Milos and team are polite, caring, and friendly. The office door is always open and suggestions for improvement taken seriously and often implemented. Communication between Management and residents is excellent and genuine.
