Rented a property from them throughout COVID. Chris was wonderful to work with. He would check on us even with a cast on his leg and in crutches. Major repairs were dealt with as quick as possible but the thing that stood out to me is when the heater cut out during the winter one time. Absolutely freezing. Repair couldn't happen that day and Chris came by with several space heaters to get through the night. Also, I def got married in the backyard of the place we were renting during those COVID times.

Nothing but Slum landlords
Chris is the most laziest landlord ever.. most of there units they don’t take care of properly and expect tenants to pay for repairs on the property and appliances . All the units this property management owns has cockroaches. Don’t rent with them

2712 7th Ave the whole apartment complex is infested with cockroaches the traps in the hallways are filled with them, do not rent from him as he doesn't care for the tenants only cares about receiving the rent money.
