I reside in Calgary and was executor for an estate home sale located in Vernon BC. Priscilla and Company were recommended to me by a local Calgary agent. I am so very glad!
Priscilla attended at the Vernon home and discussed with me a number of options regarding the sale. She and Barb worked with my lawyers and were very aggressive with marketing. We sold the house within a couple months and the negotiations were very thorough. The sale went through without a hitch.
I cannot offer enough praise to Priscilla, Barb and their team. I think that they went above and beyond to make this sale happen. This was especially important to us because we were not living nearby.

I have to say the reputation does not fit the service and the worst realtor that i have ever dealt with. One offer after 1 year on the market and a lame on at that. Priscilla is only interested in getting the listing not really selling your property. Called around to sellers and most feel the same way, wont use her again. The office is not well run, the manager sent us documents that belonged to another realtor for a sale -TWICE!. Our documents were sent elsewhere and only half of them came. Terrible service.

Having dealt with many fine Realtors over the years I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by a realtor, Alan Stier, of this office. He was assigned to our search for a new home in Vernon and ultimately proved unworthy of our confidence and trust. He refused to meet with ourselves and our lawyer over issues related to our purchase and even refused to respond to emails or phone calls concerning what we believed to be unprofessional behaviour on his part. Based upon our recent experience I would not recommend Alan Stier as a realtor.
