Unprofessional & Unreliable. Avoid at All Costs

I contacted Sims Associates in July to get my land surveyed. They promised a call back within 2–3 days, yet after waiting over a week and a half—nothing. No follow-up, no professionalism, just blatant disregard for my time.

I've since learned from neighbors and professionals in the industry (contractors, electricians, and plumbers) that this company has a reputation for cash grabs, tacking on unnecessary services to inflate your bill. No surprise they had to rebrand due to previous negative reviews.

If you’re handling important matters like legal and estate planning, do yourself a favor and find a surveyor who actually follows through. This company clearly isn’t interested in professionalism or basic courtesy.
