As new tenants to the Ascot, we found Shar very friendly, welcoming and most helpful. She answered all our questions and we were thrilled to find the exact unit we needed. As she guided us through the leasing process, we found her to be knowledgeable and patient as we set up the use of Rent Cafe. I received excellent customer service from Shar Badalia. Shar did a thorough apartment viewing in short notice. She understood that we needed to move in quickly. She helped us through out the application and move in process. She responded promptly to all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to move in comfortably.
