Dani and the team have been great property managers for us. She treated our home like her own and found solutions for us while we were getting our property in shape to hit the rental market after a long period with another company. Our previous experience with property management companies in Red Deer was not good and we felt that they didn't have the best interest of the landlord in mind. Dani maintains the integrity for the landlord and PM relationship, while also fostering mutual respect with the tenants so we have enduring good tenants moving forward. The rent is always on time, and issues with tenants are dealt in reasonable timeline. She also has a great handy man on her team who has done great work for us on a budget. I would highly recommend Dani and her team for her property management services if you are looking in the Central Alberta region.
