Funny story how Navtaj and I met, that’s a story for another day. So we know each other for the last 10 years or more….. and what a ride it’s been. If you could get a PHD for real estate teaching, he should have a few. If your in the real estate space, take the courses, the value he brings to them and the time he gives you is second to none.

He bailed me out of a few situations and is an awesome mentor. I just wish I was related, so I could learn more from him. 🙏
