I have been a tenant at The Edison since 2018 and I can’t express how amazing it is to live here. The building is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking amenities and everyone is so friendly.

Kate and the management team are very helpful. I can’t thank them enough for creating such a safe and well kept space to live.

Thank you for everything you do for your tenants. I look forward to resigning for another year ?

I've have nothing but good things to say about the Edison. Everyone from the leasing agent to the resident manager have been nothing but excellent. They respond to your needs just as soon as asked. I feel very safe here, sure the kids act up sometimes but kids will be kids. Just love living here.

Unfortunately, there has been a steady decline in the upkeep, maintenance and security of The Edison property.

Response time for in-suite maintenance is far too long. I recommend Progressive post service standards, so that tenants have a rough idea how long it may take for repairs to occur.

Whereas the former Resident Manager (RM) used to keep the grounds immaculate, now they are often overgrown with weeds and half-dead shrubs. As the Edison property has more than doubled in size in recent years, the current RMs need additional resources to help keep up with the added workload.

The windows seem to get cleaned once every couple of years - so be prepared to look out dirty windows.

More importantly, in the last few months, police have been dispatched to the Edison on several occasions to respond to violent and security issues. Improvements need to be made in the screening of prospective tenants.

No longer feeling safe and secure in a place I was once proud to call home.

Credit where due, the new cleaners are doing a good job of keeping the interior common-space clean.

Truth will tell all the time

Progressive Real Estates reputation has taken a nose dive in the last few months. Despite Easter being long gone, their displays lingered into Mother's Day weekend showing a lack of attention to detail. The neglect shows outdoors as no spring clean up has been done and garbage mars the shrubs. While blue lights are on in the evenings is puzzling considering the Jets are not in the playoffs. Most concerning is the resident manager's indifference to address issues going unfulfilled for months leaving residents frustrated and unheard.

Thank you for the quick response. Based on your response I don't believe you have walked into the buildings, hallways and amenities for awhile.

They don't take noise complaints seriously. I moved out because my neighbor was allowed to blast music daily. You could feel the bass in your bones, it was so loud. I complained over 7 times and nothing. Feel free to move in and harrass your neighbors!
Yeah, some noise is reasonable. When you feel vibrations in your bones, its TOO LOUD! At least at the previous place, I couldn't feel the vibrations in my bones. Also, you told me you were unaware of the complaints despite being cc'd on the emails. Nobody was home? Feel free to harrass your neighbors! By the way, I work Sunday-Tuesday. Did you stop by on Sundays un-announced, without phone calls, emails, notes on the door or notes in the mailbox? pfft
I complained over 7 times. You never once said you were investigating these claims, you said you never KNEW about them. Despite being cc'd on the emails AT THE TIME.
Plus your response makes no sense, you said you investigated the complaints but also said that I complained AFTER the fact.

Incredible Moving Experience! I am genuinely surprised at how nice the entire Edison suites are finished. Top to bottom high quality; job VERY well done! Great communication and super friendly. Moved in to a gift basket alongside complimetary trash bags, laundry pods and dryer sheets and toilet paper. Perfect first day essentials because I never remember which box has the toilet paper! I am so so so happy to have finally found the perfect apartment! The Edison is absolutely stunning.

Great customer service! Our landlord is super friendly, easy to get along with, and is incredibly accessible and helpful. I have never lived in such a beautiful and well designed flat. Energy efficient, lots of windows and natural light- all things that are a huge plus for me. Progressive is very organized business, and I feel confident that I'm in good hands. Huge plus that it's cat friendly and in a great neighborhood! We love living here!

My husband and I have only good things to say about the administration and the Edison building and facilities. Since day 1, we have had great customer service, Mark is always helpful, everything is always clean and organized (besides the amazing seasonal decorations!). The move in 1 year and a half ago was smooth, the cost is fair, adding a small pet to our family was also very simple (no dogs allowed), Kate is great and has always answered ant questions/concerns in a timely manner!
The multi purpose room, gym and games room are very good and always clean. Can’t wait to use the pool next summer (hopefully COVID will be under control by then...)!
