I came upon prolase due to a laser hair removal special on Groupon. The hair removal is going ok - with not much hair to begin with, I expected more effective results.
I stayed for the facials - Molly is the absolute best and clearly knows what she's doing. The sessions are relaxing and I walk away with smooth and fresh skin every time. She doesn't take a one size fits all approach to your skin and assesses what you need individually. Lastly, she doesn't try to upsell you every time you see her, as some of the other girls who work there do, which can dampen an experience. Highly recommend Molly!

I got a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal here, and I just finished 3 sessions. The results so far have been fantastic! I am seeing a 90% reduction in hair and I'm only half way through treatment, so I'm super happy with the results!

I was skeptical at first because I have dark skin and black hair, and I had heard that laser hair removal was difficult for candidates like myself. But, Prolase Medispa uses a new YAG laser (see attached pictures) which is totally pain free, and super effective.

I have worked with both Anna and Kyra, and while both are super professional and helpful, I prefer appointments with Kyra. She goes out of her way to make sure clients are comfortable. She has cheerfully answered all of my questions about the new laser, what to expect, etc...

I've read reviews here by clients who are upset for being charged a fee for missing/being late for their appointment. Prolase strictly enforces their policy of required 48 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation via email or text. As a client, I appreciate this because I have never had to wait for my appointment here because the person before me didn't show up on time. As long as you're a punctual person, and properly schedule your appointments, you should be fine.

Worst laser hair removal experience ever and their customer service is just as terrible. I got a package for 6 laser hair removal sessions for full arms. After completing all 6 and not having seen the results they said I would I went back and showed them how not even 20% of the hair was gone. After weeks and weeks of following up I finally get the manager on a call who at that point offers me one free session and tells me I’m required to buy more since they couldn’t provide the service they should have. When I refused the manager said he would get back to me with a better solution. It’s been 2 weeks I’m still waiting for that call back. I’ve also tried calling in a few times and no one seems to answer the calls anymore.

Leg laser hair removal! From the consultation to the first treatment! It was so smooth and they explained everything. The treatment was so fast and painless. She was extra careful as we are removing hair from a leg that was amputated. The kindness and care. So appreciative. I had been debating doing this for 6-7 yrs. Don’t be like me just do it.

I had the best experience with them for laser hair removal. Beautiful and pleasant environment with modern setup. I went in just for a consultation but Molly was so informative and convincing that I ended up having my first session with her and made the best decision ever. No pain or discomfort and will be going in for my next sessions soon. Rates are reasonable and totally worth it. Would highly recommend this place.

Update on my previous review: I completed Morpheus8 treatment with Kira. I bought package of 8 treatments and it cost LESS than what previous medical SPA quoted me for same treatment. I am over 40 and my skin changed dramatically. The olace is very clean and organized. Highly recommend !

I have to admit, this place is quite strange. I must warn you about Olga's attitude, which is the worst! My advice would be not to prepay for any service here. The best option is to go for the à la carte service. Also, if you have a store credit, don't expect to use it anytime soon. The staff will give you the runaround when you try to schedule an appointment, which is unprofessional. I requested a refund because I don't want to deal with them again.
