I love this apartment complex. Nils is the reason I moved here. I wanted to move right away, he showed me around on a Saturday afternoon,when none of the other apartment complexes I was trying to look at even had anyone on duty. He listened to what I wanted, gave me 2 great options, helped me with my online paperwork, treated me like a friend, and made the process very easy. The few maintenance issues I've had have been repaired very timely and professionally by Noah, who also is very personable. They both take great pride in their work and you can tell they enjoy their work.

I just moved in 6 days ago and it's been wonderful. Nils in the leasing office made the entire application, screening, and move-in process seamless. Noah, one of the maintenance crew, is fantastic as well. He was efficient, fast, and above all friendly.
The property is beautiful with a huge lake that's stocked with fish. I love all the landscaping and that residents are welcome to have gardens on the patios. Lots of amenities; pool, tennis courts, basketball court, cornhole, and pet area. There's much more to enjoy. This was just to name a very few. I'm a very pleased new resident.

When my husband and I were searching for apartments, Nils was quick to get back to us. He was very helpful and answered any questions we had. He made the whole apartment hunting process so much easier! Thank you Nils! The fact that he actually got back to us in a timely manner was our deciding factor, that and the lake view. When we came to visit the grounds, the vibe was chill, and Nils was super informative. It was an easy decision after visiting. So far we are very happy with our move!

This is one of the worst places to live. There is no parking for one. Two, they will tow your car with no questions asked. 2/4 burners work on the stove. The drawer is broken. There are cracks in the walls, the fridge is duct taped, the AC vent is duct taped, the front door has a huge crack in it. There’s a ton of hair stuck to the walls that they decided to paint over. Door handle is broken. Paint job is terrible. The walls are SO thin. I can hear my neighbors talking outside. It’s like listening through paper. You had to fill out a sheet at move in stating the issues that were there prior. Those issues, like the broken door, were not addressed. ACs are really old so expect your electric to be sky high. Actually, expect that for all bills. This was the cheapest place at the time, so this is why we came here. Do your research. They add on a bunch of charges. You’re forced to pay for cable and valet trash, which doesn’t come two days in a row. We have been given permission to tattle on our neighbors that put their trash out too early. Neighborhood takes away/kills wildlife (ducks). They have no problem with it! Maintenance requests are never replied to, or it takes months for them to actually get to you. THIS PLACE HAS BUGS!! Despite them saying they exterminate, I have seen spiders, ants, and worst of all COCKROACHES. Not Palmetto. I’m a very clean person. I have addressed this issue. They will not respond to your messages, but they expect you to respond when there’s a complaint/rent is late. Owner is in NY or whatever so they’re never here and don’t care about the place. I could go on. The layout is nice and cozy, and the neighborhood is in a convenient spot. The rooms are a good size.

We recently had an extreme flood in our apartment from a pipe burst in another and luckily Noah was on sight and able to take control of the situation quickly and efficiently. He came back over a few days span offering help and anything to help make this situation easier for us. He’s absolutely wonderful!

My experience may be a little unique than most. I was subleasing from a friend and I found her deceased. I lost all of my things and so I went to Kansas City to be with my family after looking for a place I looked at hundreds of different houses condos apartments. Promenade at Summer Trace.

Was my first Of two pics. The availability , monthly payment, and location. Exactly what I needed. I was extremely concerned because I’m in a whole another state and I wasn’t sure exactly what they would be able to do to assist me.

I was able to talk to Nils. He made me feel comfortable Able to do everything online and through Zoom. I’ve never done anything like that before in my life, but I didn’t feel any discomfort or nervous at all. He has such a great personality and calmness. I really appreciate him working thru all of this with me.

I got the I got to see the apartment through Zoom Meeting. I did my application, my lease and I was able to pick my April 25 they made it a very seamless.

I’ve been going through grief and mental anguish and they really made this process so easy and I’m just so grateful I couldn’t ask for any better Other than me driving 18 1/2 hours to get here thank you Again for helping me, you don’t know how much did Rough time in my life and I’ll never ever forget it.

What really impressed me is the ratings that This complex has because most of them are between a two and a three and they have a 4.2 at the time of my review. I was very impressed by that and many of the reviews were about Noah and Nils. Really great staff and all of my neighbors are great. I feel like I am in a new family.
