Avoid this brokerage if you are a tenant at all cost! I stayed in one of the units managed by them. Took great care of the unit. Paid all rent on time. Took in unrealistic rent hikes.

During the time of the move out they refused to give my key deposit back despite the unit being in great shape. Avoid giving them any deposit they will never give it back. It is their intention to take every penny out of you by inventing excuses and unreasonable/unrealistic reasons.

Specially avoid Simon Tam and Viviana. They are the worst and lacks any sense of mannerism, etiquette and concept of customer service.

Worse experience I've ever had!
Terrible arrangement and careless mistakes again and again, and on top of that they have terrible attitude!
They informed us in very short notice to go and collect our key fob in their downtown office on the day we're moving. Because apparently only that office opens on a Saturday. This could all be avoided if they've made arrangements just a bit earlier for it to be available in the North York office (where I live). When we made it to downtown on time, the office was closed, we had to keep calling and waited for half an hour for someone to come.
Then we realized the key fob wasn't working so I had to go to their office again and there they told me the previous tenant gave them the wrong key fob from another building. Did they not check their stuff before giving it to customers?

She replied my questions and answered my calls even after working hours. She negotiated the deal for me and made everything goes smoothly.
