I have rented for many years and had one of the best experiences with Property Bureau. Communication was always prompt and any issues with the property were sorted out straight away. Special thanks to Lorna who I was mainly in contact with. They also managed to secure new tenants quickly to enable us to shorten our notice period when we were moving out to a property we purchased, which we really appreciated.

Yvonne’s communication was clear throughout my 3 year lease and always responded to any queries I had in a timely manner. I was in a rush to sell my property when I contacted Mike and he was straight on the case. I had a surveyor out within the first couple of days with constant updates from Mike including a draft broacher. Mike was very helpful and informative when it came to setting a price from the property off of the back of the home report which took a massive pressure off.
I then had the pleasure of dealing with Lorna to book and coordinate all of my viewings. She was clear and precise when I came to relaying all of the information with names/times etc.
Never would I have thought selling my property would have been the least stressful part of moving but Mike and Lorna made the process seemless.
10/10 recommendation! Thank you!

Property Bureau have been excellent, every time I had an appliance breakdown, they sent someone over to get it repaired within 24-48 hours. Special mention goes to Lorna Donald, and Yvonne Davies from the Stirling branch, as they have been outstanding in their communications. I thoroughly recommend Property Bureau for anyone wanting to rent high quality properties, with high quality landlord/letting agency support, as they have very excellent operating standards, you can also be sure that they won't actively try to snatch your deposit at the end of your tenancy, like many landlords and letting agencies do!

I had an excellent experience with Yvonne at the Property Bureau Stirling - the flat was spotless when I moved in, and any issues I had were dealt with in a prompt, friendly, and helpful fashion.
