If i could i would give 0 stars . As a contractor I have dealt with a lot of property Management company s and this one is the worst and i didn't even work for/with them. Would never buy a property run by them again . You cant even get the owners email Peter Webb to complain about his so called property Manager Gale . Think it is time to fight to have them removed

If you could avoid living in a place that is managed by this company I suggest you do it. If something needs to be done and you request for it to be done, chances are you will be thrown aside and nothing will change. The house beside me has been vacant since 2017. The owner does not bother with this property (as he has multiple properties) and just assumes the outside will be looked after by the condo/landscapers. This once small bush is now a tree and literally growing through my fence. And to boot it has small thorns which now my dog has to step on to go to the bathroom and cut up his feet. I asked if they could at least trim it over a month ago. Still nothing. I was told “lawn cutting days” are every Friday, they haven’t shown up in 3 weeks for my yard (as you can see)!
They are super quick to tell you if you do something wrong but when you’re in need you don’t matter.
Be prepared when moving into a home managed by this company.

Wishing there was an option for 0 stars.
Called property management to ask a question about retrieving my mail that was accidentally delivered to one of their properties. I spoke with the property manager Gail and I’ve never been met with such immediate disrespect and rudeness.
I realize that it’s not their issue but that level of disrespect should never be tolerated.

ZERO rating...Condo prices keep increasing annually. Their service is horrible, they keep putting bandaids over stuff that needs repair. I am looking to sell my condo/townhouse soon. You're way better off in buying a house.

UPDATE...Days past by and no one showed up yet!!...as you can see picture attached, shingles fell off due the high winds. Do not know the extend of the damage, hoping there are no holes or anything.
I called and spoke with the office manager (Dan). He was very rude careless person to deal with. All he said was the office put a work order and it was already issued!! It is beyond their control!! Did not care or raised any concern for my unit (my investment), nor whether the office will follow up with the contractor. I tried to explain to him that the roof sits on top of my young children bedroom and that they're susceptible to any water leak if the roof leaks.
He became very angry and raised his voice. His exact words were "ARE YOU KIDDING ME". He kept saying that I do not make any sense and no point to argue. Did not show any concern non whatsoever and he hung up on me. WOW, very unprofessional to have as property management.

If only I could give a 0 star!! My experience with these board members is so bad, rude and unprofessional!!! Gail Cote should not hold a job with her attitude and rudeness to honest people. I Had a concern regarding an unfortunate experience , where she then took the conversation to a whole other level, continued to speak over me raising her voice! It appears it’s ok to have other board members harass myself and my young daughter , without any support from guild. It was a very bully like mentality!!! I have reached out to higher authority let’s just hope I hear back from them to discuss further and see if my issue can be heard. All I wish is to not be approached and spoken to by any board person in any negative manner and harassed numerous times, If there’s an issue PUT IT IN WRITING!!!! Like a professional

Welcome to my nightmare. This condo board is corrupt. Never ever again will I deal with these corrupt individuals. Take and take but never give back. They don’t reply to emails regarding things getting fixed and then when they do reply they threaten with lawyers and say you are harrassing them. Following up is not harassment. When it comes to spending there money that you give them monthly, nothing gets done but if it’s your money it has to be done right away or they send you a lawyer letter that cost $800 dollars and threaten to put lean on your home. This company lie steal and cheat. 2025 we will be selling the house and getting out of this hell hole, Please stay clear of this company

-1 Stars* Do not use this agency, they neglected our building for years and it is now in a terrible state financial and structural state. The last building manager bullied our seniors, never responded in a timely manner, and was a flat out rude person. We went through two building managers with PMG both equally harmful/ To make matters worse, when filing a complaint with the organization we were redirected to the building manager. WORST SERVICE EVER

We work closely with PMG to provide cleaning services for several condominium properties. Our interactions with Property Management Guild have been nothing but professional, timely and courteous. A special shout out to Michael Parkes; super personable, experienced manager who gets the job done. Nothing but amazing things to say about this manager!
