Paid for a condo that sleeps 10, received a condo that sleeps 8. Air conditioner was broken. Management was aware prior to our visit. Could not cook in the condo because it heated the condo up even more. Moved us to an air conditioned unit only for 1 night. Good times packing and unpacked 9 people!
Only 8 people from our group allowed to swim in the pool. Sorry #9 had to watch from other side of the fence.
Mattresses were terrible, they all dipped in the middle.
Offered only a small discount for our troubles. Not impressed!!!!

These guys are Amazing! Professional and accomodating. Our family was quite happy with our stay in the mountain this Thanksgiving. Will definietly be back. Logan and Cody are awesome! Thanks guys?

Was not what we booked.
Broken Promises, and expectations. Paid for sleeps 10, got sleeps 8. Air conditioner broken, known issues for weeks per repair person. They accomadeated first night and got another condo, for 1 night. Packing, unpacking. Disaster. Condo so hot can't cook. Management trying to compensate. Only gave a little discount. Brought us two more fans. Not enough towels for 10, only 8 plates. Clearly not a sleeps 10. Overall nice condo, great location at Blue Mountain. Beds were mostly uncomfortable. You sink into the middle. King size bed even leaned towards head board. I would not recommend to family friends.

It was a huge inconvenience for my family and I to learn about damage to the property upon our checkin. Offered another place but a downgrade for same price and inconveniently further away. We agreed to stay for 1 night while they repaired our booked choice. After moving, TWICE we immediately noticed that the broken door had been replaced. However, the unit still was under construction with exposed drywall and grout. Also in bedroom. The lock was broken and there was no exterior lighting. I also immediately noticed that dishes from the previous tenant were left and was not aware if they were clean or dirty in the dishwasher as well as garbage left outside on the patio.
The one bed (queen) was a fold out bed in the living room, but it too was broken and the legs did not work on it (evident with markings in carpet) as well as the linens for it were shoved in a ball in the closet , indicating that they were not clean. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE! I did not feel the unit had been properly cleaned or prepared for our stay. the exterior of the property was under construction, but nobody was working on it and it looked very deteriorated and unsafe.
I expressed my disappointment and concerns with Property Valet but did not receive good communication in return and unsatisfactory compensation for these issues. I would not recommend nor stay here or any of their properties again.

Property Valet was super responsive and made sure we were set up with everything we needed for our weekend. The unit itself was gorgeous and CLEAN! The location was also awesome, just a short walk from the Blue Mountain Village. Checking in and out was a breeze. My husband and I had a great time, and we're definitely coming back here next time we hit up Blue Mountain! 10/10 recommend PV team!

We just finished our weekend stay at a condo on Mountain Walk , an easy walk to Blue Mountain Village. The condo was gorgeous, very clean and with great amenities and comfy beds. We received great customer service & communication from Property Valet!!
There was a nice gift bag waiting for us when we arrived and included goodies & wine from local businesses.
I would highly recommend for anyone thinking of coming up to Blue mountain for skiing this winter

Definitely a five star! Our family stayed at 107 Wintergreen Pl, The Blue Mountains. (Family of 7) the bed is comfortable, really clean and my favourite part is their floor! They always reply within 5-10 minutes to help out. All the instructions are clear and easy access to where we want to go (few minutes walk to blue mountain village) didn’t take any photos of the house because wasn’t sure if it’s allowed, but their houses are better than shown on the photos. If you want to have a great vacation and a great experience, book with them! Definitely recommend and will go again!
