Daksh recently helped me rent my first condo. Working with Daksh was an incredibly smooth and positive experience. He was very responsive and always easily available, which made the entire process much less stressful. Given that I was new to the condo rental market, I had several questions that Daksh always took the time to answer, either in-person during viewings, or over a voice call or text. No matter how many questions I had, he took the time to answer each one thoroughly and patiently.

Thanks to his support, I found a beautiful condo that I’m truly happy with. I felt confident and informed every step of the way, and I really appreciated how approachable and helpful he was throughout. He even took the time to give me a call to prepare me for a screening call with the landlord.

I highly recommend Daksh to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor. He truly went above and beyond!

I had a deeply disappointing experience working with Alexander Evans of Property.ca Inc.. and would not recommend his services or the brokerage.
From the outset, Mr. Evans discouraged me from arranging a home inspection, assuring me it was unnecessary for a condominium purchase, and recommended I check the condition of the unit only four days before closing. Unfortunately, after moving in, I discovered more than $7,000 worth of repairs were needed — including broken appliances, improperly installed barn doors, and significant plumbing issues.
The closing process was also chaotic (to quote my lawyer). I did move up the closing date, but I communicated than intention very early on and received encouragement that it would be fine. Mr. Evans was on holiday and only reachable via WhatsApp, leaving me to field repeated calls from lawyers who were missing or questioning documents I had never seen. It was a stressful and confusing experience at a time when I should have been receiving professional guidance.
In addition, I have since learned that the condo was significantly overpriced compared to similar units — something later confirmed by another realtor.
My primary reason for proceeding with this purchase was Mr. Evans’s assurance that the Condominium management company allowed three pets (one of my conditions for purchase). However, I later discovered that pet limits are set by the individual building’s Declaration, not by the property management, and the limit for my building is two pets. I was clear that my greatest concern was being compelled to give up one of my pets and that is why I was settling for a unit that was less than ideal.
All in all, this was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I fully admit I was naive, but I trusted that my realtor would prioritize my interests. When I raised these issues afterward, Mr. Evans offered $800 toward repairs — less than one-seventh of the actual cost. I declined the offer because I could not, in good conscience, accept the payment and still write this review.
If sharing my experience saves even one person from the same mistakes, that will be worth more than $800 to me.
