Aaron is literally the best landlord anyone could ask for. Aaron is always available to answer questions and is very understanding about your situation. Aaron was my landlord for a year plus and I had no issues with him. I will 100000% recommend their property management to anyone and I will most definitely rent with them again.

We are out of province investors. We have tried many other management companies in Winnipeg and none of them provided a quarter of the level of care and respect to our portfolio as Aaron and his team at Prospect have provided us. Within 1-2 months, Aaron had every property rented out (which other managers have never been able to accomplish for years). Furthermore, the caliber of tenants is much preferred. His communication has been our absolute favorite. He thinks critically and takes care of all parties involved so both investors and renters remain happy. Finally, his prices are fair and he doesn’t create repair requests unnecessarily (to upcharge us as other managers have repeatedly done to us). I wish I could gatekeep him but he’s too good not to share.

I've had the pleasure of speaking with Aaron and his team on multiple occasions as a tenant, and each time I've left feeling that they genuinely care about achieving a win-win-win equation for the landlord, tenant, and the relationship with Prospect Property Management. As a tenant, it's rare to find a property manager who truly cares about developing a relationship with all parties, but Aaron and his team practice this. While I have a good relationship with the landlord I could tell that Aaron and his team really do their best to look out for both parties. I highly recommend Aaron and his team to any landlord looking for someone to look after their investment and to any tenant who might have had poor experiences with landlords or property managers. This team truly cares!

Prospect property management has definitely been one of the most understanding and willing to work with housing management I have ever experienced, they have took stress off of my worries and expressed how understanding they are. They accepted me into a home that I'm so thankful to have and during a recent unexpected experience they were more understanding and willing to be open to explanation Instead of Immediate judgment like other property management, I most definitely recommend them and support them with the most respect I can and definitely know iv received the same from them.

Hired Prospect Property Management to lease some of my rental units and had an excellent experience - they were on top of communication, they are all very professional and they ended up placing high quality tenants. Prospect management is not a 5 star company. The staff that I dealt with are very nice and friendly and sound like they really want to be helpful (Aaron, Colton and Manpreet) and for the most part they try but that's about where it ends. If you need them to respond to any type of request or question or anything at all it will take at least a week (minimum) for a response and you will have to follow up at least 3 times before they will actually even acknowledge that you reached out to them (Usually after the owner (Aaron) finally chimes in asking the team to respond). I made multiple requests for a copy of the lease agreement with both mine and the companies signatures on it and never did receive it. They only ever sent me a copy of the lease agreement with my signature and nobody else's. I don't even know if the lease was ever signed by them. I received a text from the Aaron asking if I could meet with him the next day to discuss something that the landlord needed and when I responded letting him know I could be available at certain times he then went quiet for 2 weeks before finally reaching out again to ask if we could meet. Communication is definitely the worst part of dealing with these guys. There was a number of outstanding maintenance issues in the unit I was renting when they took over as the property management company that I showed them when they did a walkthrough that they then just forgot about until the rent was increased and I asked them if they planned to actually do any of the maintenance repairs? Their response was "did you enter them in the propra portal for maintenance requests?" which I had not because I didn't even know that was a thing that they had (Again back to the lack of proper communication). I want to make sure that others don't expect 5 star service from these guys because that is not what you are going to get if you are a tenant. I am guessing that the reviews on here are from landlords that have no idea how the tenants are actually being handled because they don't care as long as they have a tenant that is paying them. All they care about is that Prospect Management is doing all their work for them so they can sit back and do nothing so they are happy. Again I would like to say that Aaron, Colton and Manpreet are very nice people but Prospect management is not a 5 star company for Tenants. As nice as they are they really need to work on properly communicating with the tenants.
