I have had a storage unit here for many years. I just deleted my review left 9 years ago, which by the way was an excellent review. I have always had great service, but I must say that throughout the years of good service, my experience today with the onsite manager Yvette, has by far been the best experience yet. She is a hard worker! Willing to going back and forth when needed to please and meet customer needs in office or at units. I was able to observe her multi-tasking skills while tending to phone and several customers. All the while maintaining a professional & pleasant demeanor while speaking to all. She made sure to help each customer with all they needed and went above and beyond to make sure everyone left happy and satisfied. Wonderful people & organizational skills and with a beautiful smile to go along. I really loved that she was genuine and not just wanting to get by and do just what was necessary. Makes you want to recommend her and the Jeffrey site without a second thought.

I have been a customer for this location for several months now and I love this facility. Units are clean and well maintained, security is tight and feel very safe. The staff here is so helpful and I truly appreciate their efforts and assistances to customers like me. When I signed up for the rental, Howard was so patient and helpful to answer all my questions for me to be informed and comfortable for renting my unit. Now Yvette has been equally great, if not more, in helping me addressing additional needs and concerns from my rental. I am really happy with my choice with them so far. And I thought to share their outstanding work for other people to know. It's 5-star experience to me for sure.

Facility is very clean. Most storage is single floor with the exception of the indoor units which go underground (kind of cool). Lee was very helpful. We ended up booking a 10x10. Best deal around.

Prices keep rising just beware. Changed my rating from 5 to 3

This location was the right choice for me I will highly recommend this facility. It was well lit and Manager Yvette provided me with great service she helped me answer all the questions I had before completing my rental on line she explained everything in detailed

My Mom and I just finished a very chaotic move and because of underestimating the amount of stuff we were moving around, we found ourselves running out of space in our original storage space. Timing wasn't on our side but because of the amazing staff, specifically Yvette, she was able to calm my Mom's stress/anxiety and guide us to several solutions that got things taken care of for us quickly and without a hitch!

Even after her help, Yvette as been an extreme joy each time we visit our storage, answering questions and just making us feel welcome no matter if at the Public Storage office or if seeing her in passing while she's doing her rounds to ensure the safety and security of the units on the property.

I don't know if she'll see this, but my Mom wanted to say:
"Thank you so much Yvette for making it clear through your professionalism and personality that Public Storage (on Jeffery Road) was the right choice for us!"

Been using this location for 2 years. Easy and secure access. Clean spaces. 24/7 security cameras. Friendly service. Yvette at the front office is one of the nicest people! She’s always warm and patient, every time I see her. Every time I’ve had a question, she takes the time to answer each one. Would definitely use this location again. Thanks for taking care of our memories!
