Whatever you do STAY AWAY from Pacesetter and SERVICEQ. Dealing with ServiceQ will make you regret buying your home in the first place with how mismanaged and negligent they are. You will have to fight tooth and nail for every single repair. Repairs would be agreed upon with the assessor but workers would show up not knowing the full list of repairs to complete causing the need for unnecessary further appointments. We had to take multiple days off using our vacation time to get repairs done that could be completed in one visit.

Every employee plays the blame game and passes you on the next person. There is absolutely no communication between people in ServiceQ. You will have one conversation with someone saying they will get things going and then the next person will say "I cannot see anything in the system, nothing was entered". They claim so many of their people have years and years of experience - but after dealing with them none of them have anything to show for it. Tammy, Brian, Lori to name a few, avoid them at all costs.

All in all, you will be fighting every step of the way when you start dealing with ServiceQ. It's rare that your call gets answered, emails never get looked at. They outdo themselves everytime with how mismanaged and unprofessional a company will be. You'll just be left with constant false hope and lies. STAY AWAY.

This would have been a 3 star review because of Sterling Homes' sales team, most especially, Ryan Richardson and Jerry Zhang were the most helpful people with our concerns. But Qualico's standards and choice of trades overshadowed the sales team's effort.

First off, our driveway was not completed before winter even though our purchase contract was signed and locked in October of 2021. Yes. 2021. Our house didn't finish (still no driveway) until end of November. Our old house was sold 2 months prior to that so we had to rent for 2 months AND pay for storage for our stuff. All they had to give me as an excuse was "weather". They can't give me that excuse because I have seen Daytona homes (my neighbor's house) didn't even break ground 1 month after our foundation was completed. BIGGEST difference is Daytona had 3 - 4 people working at a time. While Sterling only had 1 person. I literally saw our framer work on our house. Hopped on the loader, set it up, load up the frame, set it up on the house, off the loader, then nail it himself. Jesus Christ. No wonder it took almost a year to finish the house. I get it, Daytona are more expensive homes. You get what you pay for. But one person per trade, come on.

Next. Our worst nightmare came to our house for some warranty concerns on our home. The site superintendent came over (no tools on hand whatsoever). His name is Arnold. When this guy enters your home, kick him out right away and just fix the problems yourself. He is a big leech to Qualico and should get fired. He will blame EVERYTHING to the home owner. He will have no remorse and will not give you any benefit of the doubt that it was there and was just found while living on the home for a few months. He even blamed us for damaging the siding on our house. He said it could be when shoveling. Great job, we don't even have a driveway to shovel.. We had a Jayman home previous to this purchase and that experience over the 5 years of owning a Jayman home. NOT A SINGLE QUESTION about warranty concerns. Their site superintendent just went back to his truck. Got tools and worked on the problems. They even called the necessary trades to fix it the next day without mentioning anything about OWNER'S FAULT.

Stay away from Qualico homes. If you're a handyman and feels like fixing a brand new house, go right ahead.

They don't take care of the houses they build they build them then its fend for yourself. Houses are cheaply made and quickly built for a company that has quality in their name its ironic the quality is not there. You call to get problems resolved you leave a voicemail they never get back. Electrical work is not code and not inspected properly. Their contractors clean up the road and shoot rocks and mud on nice vehicles on the road and when you complain about it they ignore you. Do not buy or build with them i wouldn't even rent a house built by them stay away.

All I can say is Run.For.The.HIlls! Whatever you do, do not build with Qualico. We built with Augusta Fine Homes - a Qualico Company and two years later we're still dealing with issues and deficiencies. They talk a big game in the sales office and even lied to us to get us to sign the agreement. Thankfully we had an amazing project manager and overall our house is great. Their after service is terrible and once they get your money, they could care less about you anymore. DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM!

I called this company today to speak to someone and it was impossible. When you call the phone number it tells you, you have reached this company, these are our office hours, please leave a voicemail, then the phone proceeds to ring. No one answered and instead of taking me to voicemail the message repeated itself. I spent 5 minutes on the phone. No one picked up and I was never directed to their voicemail, very unprofessional if you ask me.

Ruisseau neighbourhood in Beaumont. Bought my place as it featured a walkout with a large stormwater pond. Now they have filed a outline plan ammendment to reduce the size of that pond so they can fit more houses in. Obviously they don't care about anyone who already purchased or lives here.

Edgemont East is filthy, the bricks are falling off their Edgemont East Wall corner od 199st and Edgemont Drive. Their shrub beds are full of weeds and they have not pulled weeds once this year. I walk my dog and see that this developer does not care. Quality houses?

Fires workers for making their own health choices. Now as more information comes out, shows that perhaps Qualico should have stuck to homebuilding and not healthbuilding. Perhaps they should move East.
