What a place! The room was spacious. The drapes covered the window and stopped any light or noise. The shower head was the best, even under massage. Lots of pressure and volume. The breakfast was better than most. The owner was very accommodating. The a/c was very quiet and wasn't under the drapes or next to the bed. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Constructive criticism: a little attention to whitening sheets and towels and you will earn my 5 ? and, from time to time, fumigate the rooms because some insect can always sneak in. The attention and room service was excellent!

For the price and location this is a great value for your money. Drew the owner is very helpful, and quick to resolve an issue that arises. Rooms are recently remodeled, and very clean. The bed was comfortable with no springs poking me in the back, and the carpet was nice and clean. It shows that the owner takes pride in his rooms here. I would highly suggest this Quality Inn for any frequent traveler looking to save a few dollars on a room.

This hotel has very friendly & helpful staff. The indoor pool was refreshing. The hot breakfast was super. They even had bacon which is very rarely seen at breakfast. We did have an unfortunate accident where my wife fell in the elevator & hit her head on a large metal bar. This was caused by the elevator having a small bump after it stops at a floor. A week later, she is much better & should fully recover. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A 10 star hotel for me. Went down unexpectedly for the weekend. And as soon as got to the hotel. Zenovia helped get checked in. She was super friendly and helpful especially for every random question I had.

Was able to swim at the pool. Then get a great night sleep and a perfect breakfast.

Checked out on Saturday. Had late plans change and went back later Saturday. Was able to still get rooms. And still had awesome service. Will definitely be added to our return to the hotel if and when come to the area.

The bed was nice and comfortable but when I walk into the bathroom the tub is dirty and u see spiders and roaches and crickets on the floor dead that is disgusting and when I was checking in the white lady tells me they don’t serve people who are from Abilene and if she could refund me she would but she hope she doesn’t get in trouble because she giving me a room because I’m in Abilene this is unacceptable is it because I’m black ? And she kept huffing and puffing if that was the case maybe y’all need to put in the policy this hotel is only for travelers and maybe people would know I never heard anything like that and she was mad because she had to have her boss fix it the next morning and she was gonna get in trouble like honey please I’ll never come back to this hotel ever again .

I was a little skeptical about this place after viewing the reviews on Google.

I stayed here for three nights with a pair of basketball teams.

The free breakfast was filling. I liked the Texas-shaped waffle iron.

It seems the hotel has been recently renovated. I had a two-bed unit to myself. It was very clean with the exception of two stains I noticed on the comforter and carpet.

The water didn't get that hot in the shower. It took a while for it to get warm.

The hotel as a whole was very clean. There's a Whataburger within walking distance, plus the mall and Chick-Fil-A are very close by.

The fitness center was closed and under maintenance.
