The downtown Charlotte area is very nice. It is very walkable, and pedestrian. There are a number of places to eat and stay. Being able to take the train in to town saves a lot of money on parking. When I have to go to Charlotte I always make a point of going downtown.

My husband and I have opened up an event center at the Queen City Quarter. They have 24hr security and the renovation project is moving along swiftly. The plans they have for this place looks absolutely phenomenal! New businesses are opening up daily, a pizza place and a high end clothing store… I can’t wait to see the finished product and the family fun and memorable moments that will be made here in the future Uptown Charlotte!

I used to frequent Epicentre when it was busy! I am very impressed with the upgrades made by Queen City Quarter so far. Security is awesome and very present. They have even upgraded lights in the deck. There are new restaurants moving in, even a cute coffee shop. I can’t wait to see what comes next. Would love to shop here or go out at night.

This is a cool strip of stores the vintage store I really wanted to go into was saddened there store business hours were only a few hours open. But a good amount of stores and restaurants.

Despite having a reservation@Kitchen+Kocktails, we still had to wait outside in the heat for over 30 minutes!! Once inside, still had to wait for our table. Waitress was nice, music was too loud at times and kept repeating songs. Food is way overpriced ($25 for just a breast&1 wing with feathers on it AND no sides). Drinks were ok. We didn't order any desserts because my bill alone was $103& some change!! Also everyone gets charged 20%gratuity for just walking in the door. Fast forward a week later I go to Marquee Charlotte and have lamb chops with 2 sides, 3 drinks, 20%gratuity with live entertainment and spent only $63..... major difference and a much more enjoyable experience ☺️

Great area to have dinner and drinks. We walked over from our hotel to the World of Beer before a Panthers game to have some food and pregame beverages. Service was fast and got our orders correct. The chicken wings and tacos were great - Highly recommend!

We’ll be back again when we come to Charlotte for our Panthers next game.
