Ben Azarkiewicz was our mover. The level of integrity, professionalism was absolutely stunning. I appreciated how he explained the process, the timings and how he will proceed with the load, travel, unload, unpack. He made sure our items were in working order after the unpack. He didn’t leave until we were satisfied with the service he provided.
I’d like to ask him if he can do our move again. The level of professionalism was inspiring and a reminder of how business should be done. Thank you.

I moved from Vancouver Island to Alberta and Terry and Dan unloaded the van at my new place. These two men worked tirelessly and with great care into my new house. No walls were damaged, the floor was covered and furniture was put together as best that they could since there was a box of set up items missing from BC...not their doing by the way. Their care and consideration went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for everything they did.

A train wreck from the start. We moved from Cold Lake to MB earlier this year. The communication between the movers themselves and head office didn't exist. The movers damaged our brand new floor that we had got put in for selling purposes, when we told them about the damage the movers said he would tell the office and they would have someone there in the morning to get it fixed. Well, no one showed up. We called head office and they had no idea what we were talking about. Told us to claim it when we were moved, told them it had to be fixed now due to us moving, and selling that home. Ended up paying for repairs out of pocket. Then, at location in MB our unpackers just didn't show up. We called to have it sorted as we were in a house full of boxes, and they said they could send one girl to help us unpack at 5pm. For context, it's a six bedroom house. We asked the compa y if we unpack ourselves if we can still claim damages as we find them. They said yes so we started unpacking. Took us a little longer to unpack due to poor labeling and not having help. We eventually got most of our stuff in order and filed a claim that was around 1000$ for all the damages. Some that the movers said they had made note of, like coffee tables legs being ripped off, and dressers being broken (guess that's what happens when you pack them full of stuff to ship them 🤦‍♀️) the company took forever to responded, and responded in a letter. Saying that they had made numerous attempts to contact me, and that without photos they would throw out my claim. Some photos we had, but some of the stuff was already thrown out. We were slowly trying to get photos together, and we got another letter today stating that the claim has been closed. Honestly stay far away from this company if you can. My story is not even the worst I have heard when it comes to this company.

We recently did a long haul move with a truck we rented and drove ourselves. Unfortunately, during the moving process I broke my leg and we needed to hire someone to unload our stuff into our new place in the Lakeland. Our moving crew Blaine, Jeremy and Zach were so amazing! We had an excellent team for our move from the south to the north end of town. The movers were very polite, courteous and professional.

We had one small hiccup where a glass door of one of my cabinets was broken during moving into my new house. R&B moving did an excellent job of making things right by having the glass replaced quickly and with great communication during the process.
