I have worked with Aaron and Sheri when I wanted them to take care of my property in Fort McMurray. They were amazing and very helpful. Rent was paid on time each month without any hassle. Now Sean is taking care of my properties in Edmonton and he has been phenomenal. He always replies back to my questions and is very professional. I am thankful to have these guys. I met Aaron Winsor about 5 years ago when I was renting out my house for the first time but couldn’t find suitable renters. Aaron was extremely professional and efficient, he found renters that I was very happy with. From that time on, Aaron is the only one I contact for property rental advice. With time, my renters have changed but the superb service that Aaron provides every single time remained the same. He has been extremely helpful in dealing with any issues that I encountered with my renters. Aaron also proved to be very reliable and knowledgeable. He is always only a phone call away ready to help; he has provided me with consultations and service free of charge even when I did not have a contract with him. Also, compared to others Aaron’s pricing is very reasonable. It is always a pleasure to deal with Aaron because I know that I am in good hands and I know that everything will be taken care of! Aaron and Ari Management have been such a positive asset to me while they managed my property in Fort McMurray. They delivered on their promise to find high quality tenants. Before I hired Ari my biggest issue was finding good tenants on my own. Since I hired them there has been no issues and the current tenants keep the place in a better state then I did when I lived there. All I can say is WOW! Property Management by ARI, specifically Aaron Windsor are awesome! From the moment I sent that first email Aaron has responded quickly, done what he said he was going to do, and kept me informed and in the loop of what is happening with my property. As an out of town owner I feel confident that my property is in good hands. Aaron has always responded to all of my questions. He returns phone calls, emails and texts within a reasonable time. That level of service in Fort McMurray is unheard of. Aaron is very easy to deal with. He is a great guy who knows his job very, very well.

Had some issues with the property I was renting had a conversation with the owner of Race Real Estate, and I will say Adam is a very easy man to deal with and wants both the property owner and renters to both be happy with their contracts. Adam has cleared up all my questions and im seeing the issues with my residence being addressed. I'd like to say that Race Real Estate is both fair and accommodating and I am satisfied with the outcome of the concerns I had.

I approached Aaron after our property went through a lot of damage by the tenant and my then property management had given up on the tenant and was scared to approach the tenant. Aaron swiftly and diplomatically removed the tenant (in the first week) and then got it fixed up and rented it within a month. He is a pleasure to work with and since then (more than 4 years) he has been managing our family properties with no issues. The vacancy % is close to 0% and the rent we get is pretty good. Some of the owners (my family members) have not even seen their property in years and its rented with no issues. Aaron and his team has really made it possible for people like us, who dont live in Fort McMurray, to own rental properties with no issues. His open communication with each owner, expertise in dealing with tenants and upto date market knowledge makes him the best property management agent in Fort McMurray clearly!

Really good experience with Aaron, especially over the last few weeks with the fire, and with a former tenant that hasn't paid monies owed. Aaron handled situations well, and even dealt with condo association property manager as needed. Very responsive, and waaaay better than two previous propert managers. Highly recommend.
