I have had the pleasure of living at Rainbow Park for 7 years now. It is a lovely place to live, very community minded, very safe, very well managed.

Respect, understanding and cooperation is a must in a condo complex. I can count on my neighbours to turn their music down if it’s too loud, to keep an unofficial eye on my place if I happen to be away. In return I make sure I afford them the same courtesy. It is a true community. And it doesn’t hurt that its maintenance is so well provided, flowers and community garden in the growing seasons, walks cleared. We are all expected to keep our properties according to bylaws so things like flags and garish curtains are not permitted. I did have a small flag, but once made aware of the bylaw, I removed it. This is in keeping with most condo communities, I think, to have a sort of continuity throughout the property.

We have a fantastic management team and a fantastic maintenance team. I have found that our bylaws are meticulously followed and enforced. Unfortunately some people are not cut out for condo community living and tend to rage against the rules, but rules there must be when there is a community of people all living within feet of each other. I appreciate when my neighbours keep their music down and don’t party into the small hours. That said, this is what makes Rainbow Park safe for everyone, children, elderly, singles. I never hesitate to walk around after dark.

We are very lucky indeed to have such a caring and plugged-in management. Very few condo dwellers in Alberta are this fortunate (my mother for example lives in a condo building that is a nightmare of poor management where even a kitchen sink repair can take weeks before actioned). Any concerns I have brought before the board have been quickly and efficiently dealt with. Even the once or twice that I disagreed, the bylaw processes and reasons behind the decision were explained to me and I was never treated with anything less than respect. We are so lucky to have these people working for us.

You can tell that I love living at Rainbow Park and struggle to think of myself being anyplace else. It is a home, a great place to be.

5 Stars for Rainbow Park! We moved here from the city and felt instantly at home here. The other Condo owners are friendly and it is a family friendly place to be. The Managers for the complex have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome, are very professional and have high standards in taking care of the property. Thanks! We love being here!

What a little piece of heaven in this beautiful lake town. Not only is it just a skip hop and jump to the lake, but you have your own little oasis right out your front door. In the summer there are always beautiful planters full of flowers and a tranquil pond with gazebo in the centre common area. It's a treat even in the winter when the management and maintenance convert the pond to a little skating rink. I always see friendly personal around the park up keeping everything. You can tell they really care and take pride in the park.

Love this Condo complex! We moved from Calgary and fell in love with this little gem of an apartment in Rainbow Park. The people here are so friendly and the onsite Managers are professional and keep the complex in a beautiful condition. Great job guys! I highly recommend living here!

Absolutely gorgeous hamlet of paradise. My family and I travelled from Scotland to stay with friends, Utter Heaven!!! Walks, tranquility, wildlife and serenity. All those miles travelled and came upon a delightful British lady who turned out to be the manager, and her husband!!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and the delicious home cooked meal. We will be retuning towards the years end and have reccomended you to many!! We will bring some good old brit gravy with us 😀

I heard nothing but negativity about Rainbow Park in Sylvan Lake while I have been looking for a place to purchase. Sounds like a turnover of the board and management needs to happen. Very sad.

Lovely, clean, friendly place. Walking distance to Sylvan lake and down town, yet far away enough from the busy summer crowds.

Clustered and lack or privacy, to much restriction, price is outrageous for what you get- neighbours are hypocritical and loud - and parking lot is suitable for hot wheels toys or smart cars only 😂
