Ram was extremely patient with us, always answered questions and made the buying process easy. We looked at over 30 houses and he took us to see all of them; we had been looking for a home since last August, us being very picky clients, though we knew what we want. From the very first call we had to current, Ram has been not only a realtor but a friend and also now like family.

My husband and I decided back in March that it was time for us to purchase our first home here in Calgary and we were recommended towards Ram as a realtor. I am from Vancouver and had very little knowledge of Calgary and the areas that we may want to steer away from based on what we were looking for in a home, and what areas we should focus our efforts on. On our first call Ram was very thorough, detailed, and really listened to our needs and wants and narrowed things down for us in a great way. Ram is not someone looking to make a quick buck or a quick sale. He truly takes his time to point out all the pros and the cons of the homes and is very honest and open about potential issues, potential Reno's and opportunities within the home to ensure the best outcome for the buyer.

When it came time to purchase our home Ram went above and beyond and was working all hours of the day to ensure we got the property we loved, again keeping us informed of each step of the buyers process and ensuring everything went smoothly for us.

Looking back, we truly cannot imagine going through this home buying process without Ram. He is professional yet personable, he is thorough, attentive, and takes his time to ensure he builds a family like connection with each client. His motto is that he will not let you buy a home he would not buy himself, regardless of the price, and that spoke volumes to us. It took us about 3 months to find our dream home and Ram was so patient and attentive through every home we saw, and although he has other clients he truly makes you feel like you're his top priority as he does with his other clients as well.

Ram was the absolute best to work with, best thing never ever pushy to close a deal, unlike most others. We had been working with multiple agents before for years, even friends of ours and a random phone call one day lead us to him and his knowledge, follow ups and courteous behaviour gave us a gut feeling and assurance, "this is what a real estate agent should be like" and we stuck with him ever since. He was always on time and was quick to respond and book viewings on the same day most of the time. He would drive from Calgary to Airdrie and was always with a smile.
He was very knowledgable with what was going on with each home and would suggest and recommend based on his experience. We were about to get into some homes just based on the looks in the beginning and he made some suggestions that as first time home buyers we would never have known were issues and problems that would cost us an arm and leg, and we were always cared for in that aspect as we knew he would never push us onto a home that we couldnt afford or have a hard time in the future. Not many people genuine enough to do that for clients.
