I’ve sold and bought from Rana twice now in an easy market and one in a difficult market. The easy sellers market was a piece of cake and Rana had my best interest protected. Took 6 days !! The difficult buyers market was stressful but Rana put up with whining and complaining and made sure she eased my stress level by taking the time to explain where things were at and that there would be a light at the end of the tunnel. She wanted to ensure that I got the best deal ! I would recommend Rana to family and friends and have done so before .

The market has been mind boggling in Niagara. It was an ongoing battle entering into bid wars on countless properties. Each time I lost out and felt defeated Rana was there to put me at ease and keep me hopeful. Despite how tedious our process was, she never made me feel second rate.

As a first time home buyer, it's a scary world going into the unknown. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted or how to do well, anything. I reached out to Davids and DeLaats to get some more information which is where I was put into contact with Rana Khaled. I have to say she is a wonderful agent and an even better person. Rana doesn't make you feel like you "HAVE" to buy that house she just guides you to where she thinks you want to be and what you would like. I told her my ideas of what I wanted and she was so patient and listened and gave me her ideas back from what I told her. We saw about 15 houses and she was there for each one at opposite ends of the city (she even brought me coffee) and when I didn't like one she would say "no problem, theirs no rush, we will find your dream home". It took me about 2 months to find exactly what I was looking for but I could not be happier! I am so over thrilled with how amazing the whole process was and that she didn't pressure me or get sick of showing me houses. I would 20/10 recommend Rana for any real estate needs! I will definitely use her again.
