What an awesome experience we had with Randy and his team. He and Manny were so great to work with throughout the whole process of selling of our home. So professional, so knowledgeable, so hard working. Such great communication throughout. We always knew where we stood. From the beginning he told us what he would do for us and what to expect and he delivered on everything. On top of the professional side Randy and Manny are just good guys. So easy to talk too and fun to be around. We love watching their Instagram videos and Randy comes across as larger than life but he’s really very down to earth. Highly highly recommended this team. Randy and his team provide excellent service and work to get thier clients what they need. Randy & Manny listed our home in early December, with the promise of a sale following their marketing plan. Pictures & videos were taken and the listing went live. The second day it was on the market, we had 3 showings and an accepted offer the next day. A week later, it was officially sold. Randy & his team are professional, have a great sense of humour and fun and are very organized. Best of all, they come up with results!! We were discouraged after our house did not sell previously and were advised by other realtors & family not to list in December. Our parents had passed away and we took our time going through their belongings and deciding to sell their home.We had heard about Randy through his charitable work and volunteering in the North Delta area and because our mum was such a big volunteer we knew right away he was someone she would have picked. Randy and his team are VERY professional and he explains everything he and his team will be doing as your realtor to sell your home. Pure magic! After 4 months of looking for a family home without any success, we decided to give up on the market. A friend connected us to Randy and within 6 days of meeting him he not only found us our ideal home, but managed to get us in for a viewing before showings and our offer accepted before offer presentation! Randy has helped us sell our home in North Delta and helped us purchase an investment property in Chilliwack. His attitude, his knowledge and his commitment to his clients is second to none.
