Really unhappy with their customer service! My husband and I are from out of state, we reached out to them because we were very interested in a car they have on their website. We got the information we needed, we had them run our credit (which is a big deal for us, as we try to keep our credit pristine) and then they disappeared. The sales person we were working with simply stopped answering my texts , my phone calls, etc..

Also be aware of their “dealership fees” always ask to check the total. We were looking at a car listed for 80k, the price out the door was 90k. When I asked her to break down the numbers for me, because I thought 10k in taxes and fees was way too much she gave me an attitude, and explained there was a dealership fee.

I was disappointed with the sales team. We went into the dealership because we were interested in leasing a Lyriq. Although the pricing was higher than we wanted for the model we were looking at the sales person indicated they would check with other locations to see if they may have anything closer to the price range we wanted. We also asked them to let us know what the payment would be on a lower priced model that was not our first choice but was willing to consider. Never heard back from them at all. That was a first for me with any car dealership but particularly a Cadillac dealership. I'm on my fifth Cadillac and this is the first time I have been so utterly disappointed with a Cadillac dealership.

Still no update I’ve called so may times left so many messages nothing they said since I’ve paid over 20,000 in work they would fix it well guess what I still have the same problems the wheel popping and the hesitation I’ve even had codes come up I feel like I was scammed 2 years same problems and all that money I’ve spent I still have the same problems they fix what they want to fix not what needs to be fixed so know I spent my whole warranty with them the car wasn’t fixed and now my warranty expired you shouldn’t do people like that if y’all didn’t know what y’all was doing you shouldn’t of told me so I could of took some where else when I had my warranty but I put all my faith in them and got scammed because they definitely did not fix the problems the car wasn’t having I have my records 2 years y’all fixed my car for the same thing and it’s still doing it. I have all the proof I need The best part of coming here is Danny. He goes above and beyond let me say he gets 5 stars, this review has nothing to with him he is the best advisor I've had from here and let me tell you I've had a lot. But for the service I gave 1 star I've brought my car in maybe 6 or 7 times for the same problem they keep fixing stuff but it's not fixing the problem I brought it in for. $16,000 latter in repair bills unfortunately my car is still having problems, when I take off at a light or pull off or sometimes you can be driving and it's like the car pauses it don't do nothing then its like 2 or 3 seconds it's like the engine flush with power so much it feels like your being hit from behind, you can also hear a knocking and you can feel it when your sitting, also the front driver side has a popping and scrubbing up on turning the wheel. They say they can't replicate the problem but as soon as I get in the car and drive off it does it. In my opinion you keep doing different stuff hoping to fix the problem I've had a new transmission I've had 2 replacements of motor mounts I've had shocks and struts all the way around, gas injectors y'all I have a half of a filing cabinet of paper work that they have completed. In my opinion if you've did all this and the problem still exist maybe it's time for a new motor if the problem can't be fixed. Please I just need my car fixed it's dangerous when I get on the hwy the car pauses and no matter how hard I press the gas I'm not going anywhere until the car wants to go. My car has 156,000 miles everyone under the Cadillac bulltin says theyve ha this problem and had to have a new engine maybe it's time for one If they can't fix the problem. I'm sorry for the long review but y'all my car needs some serious help.

We bought 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Dylan and Jag both were very helpful throughout the whole process. Art was also very helpful on getting our van to us. We really appreciate all of them. The service advisor Robin Burgess made the difference! I've used this dealer for service 3 times in the last 6 weeks and upon entering the service area, she greets me by last name. She is constantly smiling, and not only does she show concern, but she is an extremely good listener. Small things like that are what set people apart. she's not only good at her job, but she is naturally service oriented and it shows that she enjoys customer interaction. Service jobs can be extremely difficult being that some people act as if the world is made to serve them, but Robin has mastered the art of balancing service quality and customer expectations. One last thing that happened on my way out is when they pulled my vehicle up for me to leave, she came out and asked me to make sure I was pleased with the service and she opened the door for me to get in, and closed it afterwards. talk about being thorough! After my second visit, I actually changed my preferred dealer with Cadillac to Randy Marion. Though I didn't purchase my truck there (They didn't have the color combination available that I wanted.) they will be the Cadillac dealer I'll be using for routine service.

Nicholas Monroe (Nick) was great and a professional. I could tell it was going to be a great experience, as I pulled up and saw the SUV I wanted to test drive, clean & sparkling. This was my 3rd Cadillac dealership and the customer service was excellent. It was worth the drive of 4 hrs. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question. Even Curtis, the financial guy was great. It was an awesome experience and I bought my dream car.

Talking with SUE for over 5 weeks trying to resolve issues dating back to May all i get is a run around from her Picture of how NEW TRUCK DELIVERED DID NOT DETAIL JUST RAN THRU CAR WASH
CHECK YOUR WHEEL LOCKS BEFORE YOU LEAVE HAD TO PAY $100.00 FOR EACH VEHICLE (SENT THEM THE BILL AND NO RESPONCE)
TO GET MINE REMOVED BECAUSE THEY PUT WRONG KEY IN SIERRA AND ACADIA YES I BOUGHT 2 VEHICLES AT SAME TIME
Another 2 weeks and no one has reached out
