I found this beautiful car online and when I went to the dealership to check it out it was unfortunately out on loan. I talked to Fatima, who was so nice and welcoming. When I told her I was set on this car she took my number and assured me I’d be the first person to see it when it got back. The team kept me updated while I was waiting and I was in fact the first to see it. The test drive was great and informative. The buying process wasn’t drawn out. Fatima was amazing. Victoria/ Tori in finances was also so great and helped me understand every step. All around great experience here. I love this car so much already!

What a great car buying experience!!! Fatima our sales person knew everything about the vehicle we were interested in. Not only was she knowledgeable but so nice to deal with. Grady the sales manager was also very easy to work with and we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted. Paul made the finance process easy and we drove home with our new vehicle that day. Beautiful Cadillac with all of the features and colors we wanted. Other dealer called and was disappointed that they lost the sale but they had first shot and blew it.

This experience was great. It was my first time dealing with any Randy Marion dealership and my first time purchasing a brand new car. My sales person Cody was amazing. He was there every step of the way and made this process a breeze. I truly believe that Randy Marion is the king of price. Cody accompanied me to the bank and sat through the entire process which took a whole and never complained one bit. Once back at the dealership Cody made sure I was aware of everything that was going and and where my new vehicle would be while I waited. Cody made sure to review every feature the truck had on it and made sure I understood them completely prior to leaving the dealership. I had a GREAT experience!

This was my third visit for service. I was so impressed with Ashley L, her knowledge in resolving a minor ongoing key setup, and the speed in which the software update was done. She exceeded my expectations in the fast completion of the repair, quick dispatch of a pick up and the tech resource needed to fix my key setup. The text communications with her, beginning the day prior, was helpful and impressive. Kudos to driver Maddox for his manners in opening my door to the transit van. He was delightful and a good conversationalist. Seems like a go getter. Both are definitely "keepers".
