The location of the unit we rented was great.

HOWEVER, we had a challenging experience and will not stay at their properties again. We visit a couple times every year. Where we usually stay was being remodeled, so we thought we would give this a try. It was a mistake.

We checked into our unit, and it did not seem clean. The white walls were pretty dirty, but what was gross was the black mold/mildew in the shower and all of the stains on the couch and chairs. The next morning we woke to major construction in the unit above us with pounding and drilling. This went on for a couple hours and when we decided it wasn’t going to stop, they were able to eventually find us a new unit.

The new unit was nice and it was cleaner than our first. My guess is that was in part because I expressed my disappointment with the cleanliness of our first unit. HOWEVER, at night the outside temps were in the 40s, and the furnace didn’t work. Our unit was 62 degrees. We inquired, and they told us the units didn’t have heat yet, but we could use a space heater. Apparently the thermostat wasn’t connected and the pilot on the fireplace wasn’t lit. A space heater to heat a two BR condo is insane. We visit Breck every year at this time, and the weather is pretty typical. So to be surprised and not prepared for cool nights is a big miss.

AMENDED. Range View did reach out to us and compensated us for the issues we experienced. We do appreciate their understanding and consideration.

We've stayed here numerous times and it's our home away from home. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you have young kiddos. You're right off Main St., close to Peak 9 and the sledding hill.

I have actually lost count of the number of times we have stayed at Skiwatch with Karla and the Range View Rentals group. The units are great and communication and customer service has always been top notch. We'll be back over and over again! Thank you Karla and the whole Range View Rentals group!

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay while you ski but don't really want to sleep and you enjoy a heater which has either an on or an off setting then this is your lucky day!

Turned around in the parking lot and was bribed for money or they would tow the car. I would never recommend this location to anyone. We have been coming here for years and this was the worst experience ever
