Well, when I first bought my condo, Lewis was great and lived up to all the previous reviews. I have been trying since last year in November to upgrade my 1 bedroom pre-sale condo at The Lookout to a 2 bedroom, yes last year 2023…! It’s now June 2024 and I have reminded Lewis many times but all I get is …”my bad” “this is on me” “so sorry”….ill get back to you by the end of the week🤣🤣🤣 and then nothing. At this point I don’t even want to give him more money as he clearly does not care or understand customer service. Choose someone else!!!
