Tried to buy a genset but the salesman wasn't interested in selling that day... so we took our business elsewhere... and also bought a new Yamaha 9.9 outboard motor and bought a new 1000 Quad . All that business lost for 1 lazy employee. Keep up the good work, Raxfin ?.
EDIT: we are buying a new pontoon ... 100000$ of business lost... YUP! The store right in front got our business.

Purchased a new dump trailer for behind my Atv. It was supposed to be assembled and ready to work. However it was not. The hitch coupler to go on the ball was missing pieces and was not useable. I took it back to be replaced. after being assured it was ready to go I took it home. One trip around my yard picking up lawn clippings and the wheels were ready to fall off. Upon inspection I found that the wheel bearing nuts were not installed with a cotter pin and had come very loose. This ruined the wheel bearings and seals.
Very disappointing experience I will find somewhere else to spend my money!

Stopped in with the girlfriend today to try on some helmets as hers was giving her some issues. Great selection of CKX helmets. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and stayed with us for 30+ minutes while she tried on several helmets and ultimately decided on a new Mission. A wonderful experience and great customer service. Very impressive selection of parts and accessories.

HUGE props to Raxfin. We were in the area with a crew of 6. (From Sudbury) We gased up in the parking lot. My Bud had a issue with his 900Ace Turbo R. With no appointment, we asked if they were willing to take a look at it. We went for lunch and after it was completely fixed. All new parts and fluid top up. No charge because of warranty. We were able to enjoy the rest of our trip worry free.

THANKS YOU to the whole Raxfin team but especially Derek and Derek for saving our groups backpack trip from Wawa to Cochran. My sled dropped an injector pin into the cylinder resulting in the upper end needing a rebuild. Derek confirmed he had the parts in inventory and Derek rebuilt it that day, saving our groups ride.
