We sold our home and bought our dream acreage through Nadine and she was absolutely top notch through the entire process. Nadine went above and beyond, ultimately finding us a property that we had looked at and loved but thought we missed out on. RCR team and especially Nadine did a great job with our listing and buying experience. I was very happy with the service and thought the listing turned out very well. She looked at the house and had good practical tips about staging for photographs and showings. Nadine was great about communicating with my wife and I to book showings and always gave feedback. When we were house shopping she was able to work around our schedules and never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She listened to our wants for a rural property and helped us find the one. 5 stars in my books.

I sold a house through Nadine Marchand. I am not living in the house and she did not once keep me updated on showings, feedback, or activity around the house. I was strong armed into relisting at which point an offer came through that same day. I was not wanting to agree to this offer but was strong armed into taking it with the threat of me having to pay her listing fee if I didn’t agree to it. The first time I heard from her was at listing then not again until there was an offer. I received this offer at 9pm on a Thursday and was expected to sign it by 5pm on the Friday. I asked for an extension until after the weekend so I could go over it with my lawyer. I received backlash for that request.
