I’m a current renter and these people do not fix anything or take weeks or even years to fix things not to mention they are very disrespectful and made my property all messy. Putting lawn clipping anll over my property besides anywhere else all at my front door and calling my kids toys garbage. I have never been late with my rent and I find that I have been very respectful and nice.
Do not choose ready 4 rent they suck !!!!
Not to mention he grabs a broken mirror and puts it all over the drive way before he left . Not to mention wanted to disrespect my little sister for asking if he was gonna clean up the mess. Then points at my garbage knowing today is Monday garbage is on Tuesdays.

You want to complain about me but you have had worse renters than me.?!?!?

I shouldn’t have that much lawn clippings in my house because you blew it all to my front door.!!! Added a picture of the pill that had to be sweep up off of all of my kids toys trampoline not to mention the Grass through my house.

I have emails going back all the way back to when mustafa hire you as management I respectfully waited for spring time / summer time. Because cold weather and cement I know it’s not the easiest task that can be don’t in the winter. But I request this from the beginning not to mention when management comes out to expect. I’ve brought it up and shrugged it off because I just excepted the fact that you guys suck!

Drive 3 hrs to see one of their appartaments they have listed and I was late 10 min because of traffic and the guy who was going to show the place wasn't there didn't call or anything DISGRACEFUL disgusting people .

I trusted John Schutton by letting him manage my property in Brantford. He did not pay two of the monthly rents that he had collected from the tenants with the oldest one going back to about two years ago.

Every time I asked him to remit what he owes me either he completely ignored my request or came up with ridiculous excuses. For quite sometime his favorite excuse was that he has not heard back from his accountant yet and his accountant being his own wife.

A month ago I got really tired of his funny excuses and told him that he has one week to either pay up or face legal action. He came up with a "brilliant" solution. He offered me to pay what he owed me since two years ago by paying me $96.05 each month over a period of 22 months. What made him think I am a money lender and that I lend money at 0% interest?

I told him his offer is not accepted and that my one week notice stands.
At that point he resigned as the property manager of my residential unit.
Is this a business that is ready to let a client go because it can't pay a couple of thousands that it owes? Experience has taught me that when a business sacrifices its long term business interests for some pocket money, it's on the verge of bankruptcy.

So you say you didn't know I live in Europe and that I gave you a fake Canadian address? Then how come you never phoned me during these 5+ years? Because you can't afford calling overseas. I'll look through the emails and find something to show you are a liar.

Is paying $2200 that you owe me since 2 years ago so hard? You're such a loser that you don't have a couple of thousands in cash or in a saving account, you don't even have enough credibility to borrow it from a family member and definitely no good records to borrow from your bank.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with such a quick response to a water heater not working, John worked through the problem solving in a day and the next the water heater was replaced in less then 2 hours. Amazing.
