Nothing broken, missing. arrived exactly when they said and completed the job as promised at the specified time.

So sorry but your quote was so much lower than any other company so until you demonstrated you were legitimate, I truly thought I was being scammed. Thanks for hanging in there Joel, you easily saved me a couple hundred and that matters theses days...for everyone!

My wife and I were closing down my father's house to sale it. My father has a limited time left. He is very sick. He wanted to sale the house fast because of how much time he had left. We checked with a few realtors but by the time we paid fees and not knowing how long it would be on the market. So we gave ready home buyers a call. Josh came by to see the house and he gave us a fair market price. The house was being sold as is. Josh made things very stress free. My father was very happy with the offer. We had closing in 30 days with no problem. Now father now can give his grandchildren the money before he passes. It made him very happy. Again a big shout out to Josh and ready home buyers again. The Ready Home Buyers team was amazing. They were very helpful and kind to me and my family. My husband was relocating for work and we needed a fast sale of our house in burlington. Careful, get your lawyer, to review the contract, before signing they will say it's firm and done but on the last page, the buyer can pull out at anytime if his partner doesn't agree, which should be done prior to signing. They can screw a lot of people who thought the house was bought and now stuck in a new mortgage, they don't care...just get a realtor

My mom wanted to sell our house because she wanted the equity to retire and gift me the rest to purchase our own home. I called a few different people from different signs and settled with this company because they were punctual, polite, and fair with their offer for our house. Although they do moving and junk removal we agreed it wasn’t necessary as they were already offering us a great price. Closed on the home in 3 weeks and now my husband and I are house hunting.
