We have rented from Real Life Rentals for years now and we have never had a better experience.

Their properties are very clean and well maintained. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and professional and are a pleasure to deal with. And maintenance issues are dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

Recently they notified us that our lease was not being renewed and we would have to vacate because they are selling the unit. Finding a new place is always very stressful...especially nowadays...but Real Life Rentals really took care of us. They went out of their way to help us find another of their properties that we could move in to. They took the time and effort to make sure the new place suited out needs and it's even nicer than the one we're leaving.

Adina was especially amazing. Not only did she help us through the whole process but she even helped us find additional housing supports that will make our new place more affordable.

The support that Real Life Rentals extended to us is absolutely amazing. Never in my life have I experienced such kindness and consideration from a landlord.

As far as I'm concerned there is no better company to rent from than Real Life Rentals.

I rented with Real Life in one of their townhouse units and had a pleasant experience. For the 19-month period I lived in the unit, periodic maintenance and inspections were conducted as at when due. They responded to requests in timely fashion. If they have to come into the unit, they provided ample notice. Their employees are also cordial

Very good experience with Real Life Rentals. Very supportive staff, maintenance services are excellent, no matter if it is harsh winter or summer. Property manager is very friendly and approachable. In any case and in any circumstances we were getting responses within few hours and issues get resolved without any delay. Highly recommended!

The application process was pretty straightforward, and if I had any questions they were quick to answer back. They are also pet friendly which is a plus! I don't even know where to begin. Leaking windows, water seeping through the wall/floor in our basement suite, maintenance crew walking in your place unannounced while your significant other is home alone (huge issue that they blew off), cheap appliances, cheaply insulated to the point you can hear every footstep above you and every time your neighbor is in the shower, handful of drywall screws in your driveway and back alley...issues go on and on. I've brought up every legitimate issue to Real Life Rentals through email and always get a response that belittles and gaslights our concern. We were told to "monitor" the water seeping in after we spent 5 hours moving all our belongings from that wall in the early morning before we had to leave for work. Its been 5 days without a considerable response or phone call back. The drywall is already splitting from the baseboard indicating the water got behind the wall and is obviously in the insulation. Sure, we'll continue to monitor it while it molds. Not impressed one bit by the communication let alone all the time, money and mental stress caused since we moved in.

Lived here for 4 years. My townhouse is quiet. The staff Professional, kind, quick maintenance. Snow removal is good. Best management I’ve dealt regarding rentals. Neighbours are nice, respectful. Really great place to live.
