As an owner, I have used this company for approximately the last 5 years. The contact is sound and the vetting of the potential tenants is good. I also don't have to deal with small potential issues myself. The company is good as manager. There has been some communication problems in the past. Having said that, Louis and Bea are able to address concerns within a day or sooner. I have also have met with one of the tenants and have a good dialog with them as well. The fees from the company can be used /claimed against the revenue from the property income. Definitely worth it. 👍👍

Since my first contact with Bea Villanueva, RPM's Intake Receptionist, I have experienced excellent responses to the issues pertaining to my Condo rental.

Bea is quick to understand the problem, promptly makes the necessary contacts and facilitates the resolution in a timely manner. I think that she is an asset to the RPM Company.

We moved out of a property after giving appropriate notice and rpm continued with another rent payment withdrawal from my bank account. Was told it wouldn't be reversed for 2 weeks and was also told that I wouldn't be getting my damage deposit back for 30 days but it's law in Alberta to receive it within 10 days. Don't deal with these scammers.

Great little area, pretty decent rent prices, and the David is so nice. He brought me my shower rod only 1-2 days after move in. Any time I've had an issue, I know I can go to him and he'll figure out a way to fix it! 😊😊
