I’ve never written a review for anything before, but I really wanted to recognize the professionalism and care that I received from Ms.Valerie Fan with the purchase of not one, but two properties.

I used Ms. Fan as my realtor when I was looking for my first condo, and then again a few years later when my husband and I were looking for our forever home. My experiences with this real estate agent were outstanding in both scenarios. Firstly, not only did Valerie go above and beyond to find the perfect condo apartment for me, but I genuinely felt like she cared about me. She took the time to answer my many questions and offered me valuable insight about each apartment we viewed. She was honest with me and respectful of my budget… I never felt like I was "just another commission” to her. I should also note that at this time, I had an extremely busy work schedule, and Ms. Fan was very flexible and generous with her time. When it came time to put an offer in on my condo, I felt that Valerie really had my back as a client, and strived to get me the very best price.

I shouldn’t forget to mention that once my husband and I were ready to buy a house, Valerie was the real estate agent responsible for selling my condo property as well. Ms. Fan provided her guidance and expertise throughout the process and handled every detail with care. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, my condo sold quickly and for a great price. She really made the experience as easy and as stress-free as possible.

When it came to finding our forever home, Ms. Fan was very patient and showed us many different styles of homes within our budget so that we could get a good sense of what we were looking for. She made time for us and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. My husband and I both felt like Valerie really wanted what was best for our family, and she helped us see what we wanted for our future home. She was knowledgeable, diligent, professional, and surpassed what was required of her to find us exactly what we were looking for. Valerie’s expertise did not stop there, however. She was able to recommended a lawyer, a home inspector and a few other trades, which demonstrates how well connected she is within her industry.

We were incredibly pleased with our experiences with Ms. Fan and have since recommended her to family and friends alike.
