As first-time homebuyers we were very new and unexperienced when it came to the housing market, but right from our first meeting, Sinthu made us feel very comfortable and enthusiastic, and really went out of her way to answer all of our questions and ensure that we were happy and confident moving forward. She was extremely professional, and also extremely knowledgable with regards to all aspects of the home-buying process, and made sure that we were clear with all of her explanations which we really appreciated.

Throughout the process she would send us listings frequently, and not only that, she would go above and beyond by proactively following up with us often as well to make sure that she understood what we were looking for, and to ensure that we were all on the same page. We loved that Sinthu really made it her priority to make sure that she was considering all of our preferences, and always provided us with alternatives/multiple options to make sure that our needs were being met. Her expert advice really made the process so easy for us, and she was so unbelievably patient, kind, and eager to help whenever we needed her. We loved how easy Sinthu made it for us to talk to her, and how she genuinely listened to and valued our feedback along every step of the way.

Once we found a home we loved with Sinthu's help, she took care of absolutely everything; with regards to all of the paperwork, advice on making offers, features of the home we should be looking for, necessary advice for new homeowners, she explained absolutely everything step-by-step, clarified all of our questions personally, and ensured that the entire process was smooth, very quick, and completely hassle-free for us.

And so now, even though it feels like we just started looking, we're already all finished moving and completely settled into our new home, and we're absolutely loving it! My wife and I hired Sinthu to help us move to a bigger house as our family needs have changed. She helped us define a strategy for the sale of our house & looked after all the necessary details, plus hired a professional photographer who made one of the best productions we saw for a property. She also paid attention to our safety and to potential buyers safety during showings by providing a safety instructions kit and ensuring that all showings are inline with our preferred schedules and only confirmed if we confirm it. Our house is sold after having it listed for few days and the search for a new one began. She kept objective in her evaluation of homes and used to provide us with her professional opinion on the differences between different listings and what we should be vested in and what we can take on lightly. We found the house we wanted and the closing process completed on time thankfully. We're happy with our purchase and sale, so are our kids who loved their extra play space in their settlement in the basement. 🙂
