Sothess was quite laid-back and easy to get along with when I first met him. He was well-informed, patient, and considerate. When it came to my future home, he listened to what I was searching for and what piqued my interest.
So when it came time to look at properties, Sothees made sure I had access to all of the ones I liked and had chosen, as well as others he believed I might enjoy. Sothees had pointed out aspects that I would never have noticed while examining properties, such as noise from highways or roads while all the windows were closed. With all that noise, he said it would be difficult to rest after a long day at work.

This year, my family and I were planning to invest into a pre-construction homes, but we had very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We dealt with a couple of realtors before Sothees, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us when we met him in person. When we first met Sothees, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. He's extremely knowledgeable and takes the necessary time to understand his client's needs in order to provide excellent customer service. Sothees patiently explained every step of the way to us and gave us step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. He never pressured us or tried to show us homes that were above our stated price range. He did not waste our time looking at property that had no potential to meet our requirements. It was challenging to find realtors who were able to work around our busy schedules, but Sothees went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we initially went to look at homes in Collingwood, he offered to give us rides. He even showed us around the town and was very patient with our children and ensured we got home safely after a 2.5 hour drive on a rainy day. The best part about working with Sothees was that he treated us like family and was always giving us good advice. We really appreciated his professionalism, infinite patience and resourcefulness. He really helped to take the pressure off of us.
