I received a tacky, deceptive, and inappropriate letter in the mail from one of your realtors asking if he and his wife could buy my home. This was sent to me in the mail in an envelope with your company letterhead. I verified that he is indeed one of your agents.

In particular, he mentions that he "wants to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process (of selling my home to him)." This is inappropriate and misleading because if he was actually going to purchase my property he would not even be allowed to represent me! I'd have to be a self-represented party or have my own agent. Further, before he could even come and see my place, he would be required to send me the RECO INFO Guide that would explain his role in the transaction, etc. conveniently, the Guide includes information on how to file a complaint against a realtor, which is exactly what I will be doing.
