This is truly your neighborhood real estate office. Craig makes everyone, agents, staff, clients and friends feel welcome in his office. The amount of years that the agents have in the business is amazing. I have worked with several of these agents and enjoyed every moment. You see the white pick-up in the driveway Craig will always be there with a smile

I was the home owner that Ryan is referring to Steve Redmond selling. Steve put in alot of his own labour and paid his crew out of his pocket and charged a realtor fee far less than imaginable! Steve was not in it for himself and is a very selfless realtor and person. This is the culture if found with Realty Network as a whole. In the end I decided who we sold to and Ryan's post is further vindication that the choice my wife and I made was the right one. We sold our home to an awesome family that has lots to offer the incredible neighborhood and community we left. The best offer won! I did see all the offers and Ryan's post shows not only defamatory lies but also that he is a sore loser and probably a scummy contractor!
We highly recommend Steve Redmond if you are lucky enough to retain his services!

I had the pleasure working with Lisa and she did an absolutely great job! I can't consider myself an easy client, but Lisa is very professional, she was always there for me, went above and beyond through the whole process, explained everything and responded quickly to all my requests. Samantha Lefebvre was amazing from beginning to end. Always patient to answer our million questions and always available to meet us at any time of the day.
She drove to so many houses, so many kilometres and found us the perfect home in just 3 months!
When the former owner of our house was trying to decide between us and another buyer, Samantha kept us updated throughout the whole process and worked her magic into getting us the place!

Unethical practices. Our family put a bid on a home in Hamilton. Steve Redmond did not notify us that he was the realtor for the home as well as the realtor for another client looking to buy the same home. Our bids were exact dollar for dollar. He then told us after the house was sold that the other family out bid us. That was a lie. He did not show our bid. He also told us there were 4 bids on this home while we were bidding.when in fact there were only 2. A formal complaint has been made. This nonsense has to stop. It's hard enough to purchase a home these days. Unethical and scummy.
