If it was an option - I would give zero stars!!!!

Rob Pederson was the selling agent for a home we recently purchased. During the negotiation, Rob was responsive to our agent. After that, things went down hill fast.

Rob did not do anything to make sure we (as the buyers) got what we needed to remove conditions. Our agent was running around at the last minute to get the documents we needed so that we could remove conditions. Rob couldn't even be bothered to answer our agents' texts about it.

We then learned that the property condition disclosure statement was not correctly completed. We only found out because we are being chased to take over some equipment rental contracts despite the disclosure and the contract indicating that the equipment was part of the purchase price.

We then learned that the previous owners left at least one outstanding bill on the property. That's partially a lawyer problem, but Rob should have been advising his clients to make sure everything was paid up.

Buying a new house is stressful. Rob lack of diligence added to our stress. I cannot emphasize this enough - do not do business with Rob Pederson! He only cares until the deal is signed. Once he knows he will get his commission, he just can't be bothered.

Its unfortunate after reading the reviews that largely people are satisified with Realty One, given what I am about to disclose. Mariel Harvey with Realty One was my realtor for a purchasing a property very recently.

She missed showings due to very mild winter driving conditions, extending things on the customers end, after recommending to make a proactive offer on a property prior to viewing.

Conditions were removed, advised that the house is now yours. Very happy time, naturally. As any person would do, they finalized arrangements for their move. Mortgage finalized with bank.

A few days later, she called to notify that there was an error on her behalf and the house was sold to someone else. Rather than calling with solutions to fix the problem, she stated that there was nothing she could do. Other than an apology, there was zero desire to remedy the issue she created. With less than 14 days, and moving has been finalized, myself and my young son have no place to live. Unfortunately, an apology doesn't remedy that - solutions do.

Money for home inspection, sewer inspection, appliances for the house, and furnishings purchased after finalizing the purchase... Is Mariel Harvey or Realty One going to pick up the pieces? No.

Contacted her supervisor, Rob Peterson, who was receptive to the issue. At least he offered to try things, like speak with a lawyer, and see what can be done. But looks like due to human error this is a very real situation a realtor can put you in.

Use caution when using Mariel Harvey with Realty One, or you may have a house sold from underneath you, with no place to live and a 14 day time frame. If I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would.

A good friend recommended Joel from RealtyOne to me, and I am very thankful! He was very helpful and great to work with as a first time home buyer. Joel made sure I understood everything and pointed out things I hadn’t even thought of. He also had great contacts which was helpful as I had no idea who to choose for a home inspector or lawyer. Very glad I went with Joel as my realtor!

Thomas Hawkins is a slumlord can't believe they hired him . Lies rents houses with no heat in the winter looses in court and still doesn't pay what's owed. Beware id hate to buy a house from that loser !!!

Horrible people and unfortunately un professional.
My house got destroyed by a home inspector and Devon and the owner wont fo anything to help me.

Been trying to call the owner but won’t even pick up my calls.

Devon is also sneaky she tried to take two and half prestige without disclosing it with us. Luckily we read everything.

Please don’t do business with Deven or The owner Robert
