Absolute worst experience ever with this company.
Avoid this company.
They were here to do a home appraisal for the bank, I asked politely to avoid our bedroom as it’s not necessary to film our bedroom but the appraiser had to still go in then takes pics , measures the room and opens my curtains . They had the measurements from the last appraisal they did years ago. Absolute violation of privacy.
Appraiser was Malte. I highly recommend avoiding this company . They showed zero respect for our simple request to stay out of our bedroom. This company is horrible

I paid the security deposit weeks before moving in and 4 months after we had to go move back home for family and health reasons I paid full rent for the month of May but left on the 15th, I emailed Liza Gibb a few times but havebt received both security deposit and other half months rent and no reply from her yet.

Excellent all around. Property management is incredible. One month into our contract, Greg F. and the rest of the property management department had identified a list of issues from our previous management company. Working very hard and very quickly to correct old mistakes. Couldn't be happier.

Appraisers are also great. Very honest in their assessment of the property. They put ethics and integrity first in their work and will provide a true assessment of the property.

Could not be happier with Red River Group. I would highly recommend them.

I would strongly advise against renting from this company. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my deposit back after they made false claims to try to keep it. The rental tenancy branch had to get involved to resolve the issue. This company's practices are unprofessional and unethical. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of them.

We rented a home from the Company, Greg F is an awesome guy. The house we rented was very much neglected and was cleaned by the owner of the home. We did most of the cleaning when we moved it, Not a big deal and hired cleaners when we moved out. Our damage deposit was ducked a cleaning fee while we left the home a lot cleaner than how it was rented to us.
If you are going to rent from them, Make sure you get them to clean the house before and take pictures and clean the house after and take pictures to compare between the two.
Expect to wait 2 months to get your damage deposit back.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Greg F and the condo management team. They have always been very quick to respond, very helpful and friendly and took any concerns/complaints regarding the condo complex seriously. I am moving and hope that my new management company will be as friendly and easy to contact/hear back from. Thanks!

Don’t not rent of them!! Wendy is very unprofessional and has no communication. She gave us such a hard time when moving out. Deducted anything and everything just so she didn’t have to pay us our deposit ( the place was spotless). She denied us our move our date and had insisted we stay another month as it was more realistic.. only to find she had let people in early on our paid rent. Very dirty and I really don’t recommend anyone renting from these people especially if she’s the one looking after you.
