Right away Reena was super helpful sending me information on the home buyers processes as it had been some time since I had last owned. She is very knowledgeable about the market and shared up-to-date data with me.

We travelled to Vancouver for three weeks trying to find our retirement property. Reena did her very best accommodating the viewing requests in this short period of time. One weekend she arranged seven viewings for us, and on top of that she planned the proper travel routes and time to fit the busy schedule. We call Reena our friend - she was always there above and beyond in every aspect of not only arranging the showings, but also in giving us advise from the buyer’s perspective. I know some of the tasks she took upon herself was not in her job descriptions, such as giving us tips to compose a letter to the seller of why we want to buy the property.
