Love this theater but the system are always down. Systems was down on 6/15 and 6/16. this was nothing new because it happened before but this is an inconvenience. I made two separate purchases on 6/15. Both receipts produced invalid claim codes that were longer than usual. The Regal app would not take them. If I have unlimited and I can’t use my regal crown to earn rewards why would I keep buying stuff ? I went in on 6/16 to see Tuesday but I didn’t buy anything because the system was down. I want to earn points and since I was unable to get the points from my last visit why would I buy something!

I overheard someone say concessions on the second floor has a working system but they don’t open until the afternoon. if you know the system on the main floor didn’t work why not have someone on the second concession? I’ve been coming to this theater since the summer of 2023 and I love this theater but I hope they focus on keeping the system working.

Los baños sucios y el personal que manipula la comida no tienen cuidado e higiene encontré un cabello en mis palomitas de maíz (q asco) y son bastante groseros. El personal de atención al cliente y el señor que está en la entrada es mega amable agradable educado y gentil. Te hace sentir bienvenido al cine. I went to this location at the request of a friend. I normally go to 42nd street. I seriously planned on complaining about this location. lol but to my surprise it was a very good location. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the amenities. My popcorn was The theater was sat in was clean and the chairs are roomy. They have a bar, seating areas. There’s an elevator and elevators as well. I will definitely revisit this location. There’s a cute market right next door.

This theater has recliner chairs very comfy theater has a bar food and it's a great vibe for all parking is tricky and hard to find other than that this theater is New and Nice

This movie theater has been great. I love that the screen feel huge and take up most of the wall. RPX is amazing. Out of this world sound. The seats are comfortable and clean and the table attached to the seat is super convenient. My family and I love coming here to watch movies. Great location with the essex market down below. Economy candy a block down and transportation right at the corner. 5 stars! Other Regal theaters need to upgrade to look and feel like this location.

This might be my new fave movie theater in NYC. Clean, modern, big reclining seats, food trays, large theaters, all raked seats, and lots of windows in the common areas so it doesn’t feel like a dungeon. Nice staff. Please patronize so I can keep coming here for a long time 🙂

Bella DeZON (“BooBoo”)

Everytime I watch movie there it is always a memory to remember because most of the staffs are friendly. They also have a discount promo if you subscribe to them. And, also the place is clean especially the bathrooms(it just gets dirty because of those nasty people who are using it).
I will definitely recommend this cinema for a movie viewing. ?

I really like this cinema! It is clean for the most part; the theatres are not overcrowded - in my experience. The staff is helpful and management looks to be making an effort. There is a small bar/lounge area on both floors to wait for someone running late or chat about the movie with friends afterwards OR sit and sip solo!
