The maintenance requests are always prompt and excellent service.Jesse is the best person here who handles all the requests.The apartments are also comfortable.I lived in 14th floor and the view is amazing.Always recommend boardwalk with their excellent service and is one of the best in saskatoon

The apartments in Regal Tower II are a comfortable and well-maintained place to live due to their proximity to significant city landmarks. This is without a doubt the ideal investment destination, with excellent living conditions. Inside and out, there's a fantastic view.

What a gem! I am so grateful to live at regal tower II. wonderful building management, she had made the move in process so delightful, she is a real professional. The beautiful interior of the building is kept exceptionally clean. My suite was renovated and with high end finishes. I am absolutely wowed with my experience with regal tower II. The Building is quiet and other tenants are very nice. All in all regal tower II takes apartment living to the next level.

I lived in Regal Tower II for a year and only recently moved out. I had a great experience living here. The building was regularly cleaned and well-maintained. Given that there was a gym downstairs, it was quite convenient to workout.

All maintenance requests were efficiently addressed and they always provided appropriate notice before coming over. The staff members were also quite kind and cheerful.

All in all, I would recommend the place to anyone who would want a lovely place to call home!
